Today I struggled a little less but I couldn't do the push-ups ain't ganna lie, but I hope to get better and be able to do them next time I try this video! ❤❤ Good job to everyone doing this workout! 😊

Disclaimer: I am doing this in combination with her 15 minute beginner full body and her 5 minute arm workout :) for one week
Start weight: 191.8
Day 1: ✅
Definitely feel the burn!! Especially on the abs and arms one wow, overall feeling 8/10 hopefully won't be too sore tomorrow
Day 2: ✅
Veeery sore today ( I didnt do a cool down yesterday so thats probably why...) But I acually was too tired to do this video I managed about half way but I did her 10 minute ab workout and another 7 minute ab workout as well as the arm workout so today wasnt a complete failure..
Day 3: ✅
My legs!! MY arms!! MY ABS!! It is all on fireeeeeee, proud that I completed the excercises today bc I was feeling so unmotivated Also... I will be weighing in tomorrow for a check-in on progress- however I can actually already see some difference so the scale wont matter as much

I have not been in the gym for nearly 2 months and I really wanted start again but first build my fitness before heading back. I am glad I chose video and I love you talked me through each workout. I feel good, I did my best with each exercise and this was a bit challenging but was not impossible or difficult and I genuinely love and appreciate that.
