You give Christophere Nolan way too much credit. The three Batman movies were horrible. Interstellar was a crap show. Openheimer was stupid. I don't like any of his movies. The same with Terrentino who makes idiotic junk.

Even their worst is still better than 100% of the films Hollywood makes today

I don’t think you really understood GOTG2. Yes, it DOES have a meandering plot and a mean streak. BUT, while there are plenty examples of both of those, that Drax/Mantis clip you play isn’t really a scene with a mean streak, I think. I never thought he meant to insult her; instead, I think he meant to say she’s beautiful in his own way.

"1941" wanted to be "It's a mad, mad, mad world" but it failed miserably.

I agree with Avatar 100%. I said, “Avatar!” Out loud before you actually said it, thinking that it was never actually going to be the real choice… but, you went there, and I’m here for it.
I’m on board with The Prestige as well! First time seeing your channel and I’m glad you have the courage to say what you actually think, and I’m there with you!

Plus they kill off the most interesting character in Alien 3 way too soon.

Second Avatar was worse than the first... but otherwise, great list.

Nolan- Tenet, prestige, and intersteller

Spielberg’s “The Terminal” is way worse than “1941” - at least “1941” isn’t boring, complete with over the top situations and special effects. “The Terminal” just drags.

I feel like death proof is only worth watching when you watch it with planet terror.

Spielberg's 1941 is second best after JAWS.

Disagree about 1941. You mentioned Spielberg and the writing team of Back to the Future, but you also left out John Milius, who later did Red Dawn and Conan the Barbarian. The split personality of the film (Spielberg, Zemekis/Gale, Milius, and the SNL/SCTV-late-70s-comedy-landscape) didn't appeal to you, but it worked for me and for many cult fans. For myself, it remains a fixture every holiday season. Spielberg's worst movie by far is The Terminal.

I’m going to politely disagree with Alien 3 as Fincher’s worst, and substitute it with Benjamin Button.

In the case of Christopher Nolan, I would say (in my humble opinion) that his worst film so far is "The Dark Knight Rises" easily.

Batman is completely out of character and the decisions he and other characters make in that movie are idiotic. Seriously, sending the entire police force underground for a manhunt?

And John Blake (Joseph Gordon Levitt) was the absolute worst character in that movie.

Now, I haven't seen "Tenet" yet, so my opinion could change.

No. Sean Chandler Takes Big Dumps. “The Prestige” is one of Nolan’s BEST films and it is one of the few made post-Batman that focuses on story and character instead of plot device and gimmick. Inception is cool as a concept and VERY iffy as a film. Tenet was a dumpster fire. But hey, Sean likes backwards timelines cuz “YAY COOL”.
