New Week HYPE! Let's fail at Red Shards again, y'all...

I feel like I get less and less red shard as time go by. Last year, with only EDA and Netracells, I almost always had one or two Red Tau every week. Now, when I have a small one, I'm happy.

The issue isnt that there isn't enough red shards. The issue is that there isnt enough useful things for shards to give across the board. Half of them nobody even uses. The solution is to add more things for shards to give.
