ОтветитьIm new to HR but I have been doing HR 2.0 and this is by far the meanest, cruelest sets she had me do. I swear the succession of all squats and hops are just designed to torture. Im gonna rest for now but I sure as hell will get to Day 60
ОтветитьR2D44 Good cardio workout! Even better the second time around. I was able to focus better and push through a bit more to keep the heart rate in the higher zones that I like. Ave heart rate was equal to or slightly below my spin class that is (was) my cardio standard. Replacing spin with HR1.0 / 2.0 and soon 3.0 think is better for overall fitness.

ОтветитьThis was perhaps the hardest workout I’ve ever done to date. Really mentally had to push myself not to quit really early and then multiple times during. Paused so many times to catch my breath (asthma makes it worse) that it took me 10 minutes longer than your actual workout to get it done. But it’s done. Oh, the things we do to be healthy! Thank you for the ways you give to us, Heather! You could never be accused of being a soft trainer! You challenge the world to be a stronger place alongside you!💪 ❤
ОтветитьI’m taking this program one workout at a time. Due to other health it’s taking longer then 12 weeks. But I haven’t quit! The results on my posture, balance and flexibility are mind blowing. I’m so thankful for these workouts!! I recommended HR to anyone who’ll listen.

But still, I'm proud i powered through lol
CARDIO IS HARDIO!! I screamed. You're amazing Heather!! This was worth every hard bit. Loved it!
