If you watch the show enough, you could hear the anger Dr. Now had when he saw what they did to her wound, and when he fixed her up, she even looked like she felt better instantly, but that could have been because she trusts Dr. Now.

I’m sure no one reads these comments anymore but that wound vac was all wrong. The black sponges go into the wound, not white gauze. The wound vac pulls out exudite or seepage which heals the wound. I suspect that whole thing was done for the show.
