Hi Sam, What do you suggest for a typical workday in the city. I live in Washington DC and our summers are brutal. I apply an SPF 50 in the morning and carry my hat with me. I am out in the sun in the morning and at lunch time. However the thought of reapplying a heavy SPF on my oily made up face makes me cringe. What so you suggest? I hear so much about the importance of reapplying.

One more question - is it appropriate and safe to use Avene Triacneal at night while on holiday with SPF 50 protection during the day?

I am so into SPF products and one of my favourites so far is Paula's Choice Clear Ultra-Light Daily mattifying fluid SPF 30+. It goes on smoothly and doesn't break me out or make me shiny.

Also, I love Paula's Choice Moisture Boost daily restoring complex SPF 30. I use SPF everyday and use this when my skin needs a little more moisture. Shelley

I was wondering if I should stop my retinol for the two weeks that I am visiting Greece in the summer...I noticed you didn't mention any retinols in the above video.
