How important do you think those superfoods and probiotics are for daily consumption? I'm curious because many in the whole foods community don't believe in such things. Although, that seems more of a faith in whole foods, opposed to finding a diet optimized for nutrition. Do you notice a difference with them?
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьCombination question: The coconut meat is very fatty, no?? and aren't you supposed to seperate fruits and fats?
ОтветитьHey John i eat everything raw except potatoes egg pant and butternut squash which i make roast wedges out off and roast the seeds. Is that still raw?? because you can eat potatoes raw and i include then for variety (but not as a staple like most use them)
ОтветитьThis video was really helpful. Thank you!
Ответитьim so grateful that you dedicate so much of your time to help us all be the best version of our selfs possible, THANK YOU! i love your light <3
P.S your smoothie looked delicious.
I enjoyed this video and like what you had to say about calories. I have always been that way and follow what my body is telling me. What B12 supplement do you take?
ОтветитьIs combining orange and macadamia nuts ok? I thought that was a no-no? Also, please tell how you manage to keep the snails away from your lovely greens.
Ответить+okraw hey you may have talked about this in your other vids but what do you thinik of the clean 15 and dirty dozen? i see you mentioned buying organic just wondering if you consider that a valid guide...
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your knowledge with the world. I find it really inspiring because being vegan is great for the world and benefits everyone. :)
ОтветитьDo you still get the anti oxidants if you buy frozen berries?
ОтветитьI am learning so much on your channel! I was going to ask about calories and robotics but you answered those in this video. Thank you, John!
ОтветитьNice! A man much like myself. Wish I had friends who believed and ate this way. Would be an encouragement. Do you have Twitter, John?

ОтветитьThis video was perfect!!! Thanks
ОтветитьIn an ideal world, I'd have John as my own personal chef.
ОтветитьWhat about noro-virus?
ОтветитьExcellent videos, God bless you
ОтветитьSo... what do I do if I am rarely hungry? I am serious, I don't usually have an appetite at all. How do you "force" yourself to eat enough?
ОтветитьI don't only eat raw but I find great the way John promotes eating healthy and motivates people to grow their own food. It is all about take our health in our own hands. For a more healthy and compassionate world: live Vegan !
ОтветитьWOW
ОтветитьWow, would love to grow my greens, but it would be hard in Michigan. 🙁
ОтветитьHuh, John, what a colourful diet! But beside being fancy and modern, I wander how in the world can one be day to day dependent on all those machines and fridges and "food" traveling thousands of miles before being further processed by you... Can't we just eat something locally and of course. organically grown? I also wander what would all people, eating exoticly, do after a civilization collapse? Or even during a few weeks power outage?
Sorry, I pretty much admire your work and efforts, but that doesn't seem sustainable to me at all.
Take care!
Thanks this will help me with info to do better with diet. Waiting to get my garden done so I can grow
ОтветитьEating this way is the best of course, but it costs a fortune and is out of reach for those on low incomes or benefits.
What do you do for a living ? just wondering how you afford all this stuff.
I know you grow a lot but if you live in a country with a bad growing climate (UK) it's very, very hard to do.
what do you eat instead of salt.why should one eat just rawffod an not cooked vegan as well
Ответитьplease make what do you eat in a day
ОтветитьHey, i have that same blender! I got it from your website.
ОтветитьThis video made me smile all the way through, your energy is so great! Thanks for showing a healthy example of long term raw veganism. I feel like most, are not getting the variety, so appreaciate that you emphasize that!
ОтветитьYou should maybe think of doing quick glimpse "what I eat in a day" vids this December, for *"VlogMas" (think that's what it's called)*... would be super interesting! Would love to see that, and give everyone a longer, well rounded view of how to do things :) Thank again, John!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. Iv'e been Raw for 2 weeks now. Loving this lifestyle.
Ответитьjohn, you've been at this for 20 years. when did u start. in the womb?
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьI luv this video !!!! Thanks for showing how to get the seeds out of a pomegranate without picking them individually. 👍😃
ОтветитьYour skin looks great John, may I ask your age here in 2015?
Ответитьyou know whats interesting is that i can't have acai berry powder, it bloats me.
ОтветитьSo great to hear you say that John about listening to your body! Tuning into your body what it needs for energy/calories.
ОтветитьWhat about the story’s about fresh food from your garden and all your berries from the shop?
