I've been doing this like for 3 month ago but just 1/2 × every week and now I see the difference WOOWWW like when I wear skinny jeans I feel like have hourglass body lol but unfortunately my right hip different with my left hip can you guys give me a tips 😢😢

I've been doing this 5/6 times a week for more than 14 days and i can tell you i feel so much better about myself! It does work, everytime i look in the mirror i can see the difference. Love it

1 day : done
2 day : ( i woke up and my hips was burning) i felt somehow tired but it the same time it was easy
3 day : done, much easier but till now no change
4 day : done, Small change
5 day : done . No burn this time but I can see the little difference clearly. My hips have gotten a little bigger and my hips dips has almost disappeared !!
6 day : done I’m actually in love with these little changes so happy🥹
7 day (1 week) : done. I think the result was satisfactory enough
8 : well maybe this gonna be my last day cuz i got sick 😭
9 : I skipped bc i had to
10 : done, movements became MUCH easier
11 : done ( week and 3 days till now )
I skipped for like 2 days..
12/2- : done

Day one -it burn like crazy not juhs my hips but whole outside leg and I felt I were doing the exercises wrong lol
Day 2-felt I was doing the exercises better and actually burned on hips and butt instead of entire leg
Day 3-honestly all parts of my legs hurt doig these exercises I have a big butt and big thighs so idk but I felt I did mostly all them without no break btw still no visual improvements
Day 4-No motivation but 11:45 pm still forced myself… I didn’t struggle as much and saw improvement in strength in my legs while doing it 💪🏽
Day 5- went pretty smooth I kept up with her for most of every excercise did really hurt too bad
Day 6 -felt pretty normal with improvements like pointing feet more and not letting foot hit the floor when throwing leg front and back 😊
Day 7-can’t believe I’m sticking to it😭 but I was sore in butt and hip area today from day 6 but don’t really feel like a beginner anymore (10-21-23)
Day 8 - notice my flicks were better than when I started /some exercises were a breeze some extremely hard today

I cannot do these workouts at night just because of the loud music. I’d need to mute the entire video and miss key tips throughout the workout. The music gets way too loud during the whole workout. Happens with all your videos. Love your workouts, but the music gets in the way, especially for those who live in apartments or not alone.

I know that maybe I'm a little too young for these workouts, but I want to do it to feel good about myself. I'm an almost 12-year-old girl who would like to see her physique well... here I'll tell you all my experience from day to day.

DAY 1: ✅I did it! But I don't want to underestimate anything, because it still made its burning!

hi Lilly! thank you for this video! i really liked it and i could feel my hips burning! hip dips are one of my biggest insecurities., especially when i wear leggings or tight clothes (that's also a reason why i prefer baggy clothes).
you said that we should commit to the this challenge for 14 days in a row, but i have an issue: there's at least one day a week (thursday, and possibly monday) where i can't commit to this since i have rhythmic gymnastics training and i spend very little time at home from when i arrive from school. since it's only 10 minutes a day, i'll try putting a little space,but if i can't, would i still get results? during gymnastics class, i do alot of body training+intense choreographies, so would it still be okay?

Saw someone document their 14-day journey with this so I'm going to do this as well, as keeping track of my journey is not something I've heavily implemented before..
Judging by the comments this seemed to work for many, and I'm definitely one to trust so let's see how this goes 🥰

Day 1: ✅️ oooh it burns! not as tough as I thought it would be though :)

Day 2: ✅️ everything burns but smashed it!

Day 3: *UPDATE* I not only injured my back due to something else completely different, but I didnt have access to internet so I couldnt follow along, so I will be resuming this tonight or tomorrow morning!!

documentation :

✅day 1: wasn’t burning as much since i did a workout before this one. really enjoyed it!!
✅day 2: (was sick yesterday so didn’t do but still continuing today) - I do a workout before this one, and today it was burning 😭😭
✅day 3: can notice a slight difference , it was burning in the beginning !!
✅day 4: can see a little change compare to the beginning on my figure. hard but we are getting there!

As someone who struggled with loving my body with hip dips because i was shaped like a VIOLIN like it was bad haha. But I did every workout possible for my hip dips nothing was hitting the spot BUT HEAR ME OUT this workout will kill your hip dips and every pain i feel i love it so much because i know it's working. NO PAIN NO GAIN. For the past 1-2 months I HAVE SEEEN A LOTTTT OF DIFFERENCE u will see a difference after 2 weeks depending on how consistent you are. I ate everything I craved I did no diet but I do not look like a violin no more and i started to love my body and HIP DIPS ARE NORMAL AND BEAUTIFUL but I just personally didn't like the way it looked on me but my hip dips are still a little bit there which I might start doing workouts on the hip abductor because I've seen lots to changes with other people. BUT TRUST ME THIS WORKSSS IM ROOTING FOR EVERYONE. any questions ill answer them.

Im always skipping the last 2 exercises because its hurts my knees more than any effect on my hips , is that a problem????

I do this in preparation for my leg workout, about every 5 days. It would be great to do it daily but volume it's not something we can push to infinity and in the end, every muscle matters.
