Love it...thanks for sharing. I too have dark cabinets in our kitchen but I blend in whites to brighten and I like the contrast. We have a large room that makes up our kitchen work area with an island and then a dining room. Just a 3ft wall that comes out along side if refrigerator.

Such a cozy home filled with all kinds of thrifted treasures.....love love love. The witch boots are such a hysterical addition to your witch’s corner. I think white kitchen cupboards and beadboard backsplash will make your kitchen awesome!

When I saw title I was expecting "very" Victorian and was a little let down at first that it was more what I just call "country." But I just love green and that little parlor touched me. I am getting ready to move and am going kinda victorian granny chic, if that's a thing! And I realized my place will be a mix as well. I have bought (mostly thrifted) a few pieces of furniture that have Victorian look but my old passed down antiques are prbly Victorian era but more casual and sorta country. So I got some great ideas! I was little worried about the mix of things I own, but I'm not longer afraid to use all those things I love! Loved the kitchen -- lighting, "island," soap and sponge hanger, everything! Learned so much so TFS!
