Filmwax TV: Molly Haskell (TCM REFRAMED)

The feminist film critic OG Molly Haskell is the guest. She contributed to The Village Voice—first as a theatre critic, then as a movie reviewer—and from there moved on to New York magazine and Vogue. Her most influential book is "From Reverence to Rape: The Treatment of Women in the Movies".

Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will return for a second year of “Reframed” focusing on “Films That Shaped Our Culture,” beginning Nov. 5 with "I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang" (1932). TCM Host Ben Mankiewicz will introduce the movies with help from a number of film historians including Ms. Haskell.
