Ответитьthanks bro been put on TRT by a failed sport doctor at 37 went from a slim 210 pounds to 268 am now 51 been having trouble to shed since then, i was on TRT for 6 months then quit because i found out i did not even need it, my natural T levels are still 680. I love the fact that you include a complete diet from all food groups and not like keto etc...

ОтветитьLol nope nothing like this ,I am way fitter at 53 ,/3 years consisten training.developing a wk out prog first thing in morning to build a bit of muscle for 60 s I get given money (pension) / couple of guys at my work thought I was under 30 /I can’t even speak like 50 yr old /14 people asked my age last 18 mnths since I started
ОтветитьI struggle with diets a bit as I hate veg in pretty much any form! lol Weirdly, I’ve no trouble fasting but eating tends to make me hungry (probably because I’m not getting the volume because of the no veg thing). What I’ve found works for me is intermittent fasting. I don’t eat before 5oc in the evening, then have 3 meals before 10oc. I feel full and satisfied and can control my calories really well. The whole thing with diet is you’ve got to work it out yourself. This channel gives loads of options and advice, you’ve just got to pick out what works for you.

ОтветитьI started eating a plant like diet , but I still eat white meat when it’s served to me. I cut out red meat but look at it as a guilty pleasure treat ( a cheeseburger tastes awesome compared to being something you eat every day for some) I eat a lot oatmeal, quinoa and salads. It’s a confusing diet to explain but I’m at the weight I feel best at and not starving. Great video.

ОтветитьUh huh. I see exactly what you're doing. Slipping in some Mentos screen time you shill, LOL. Joking aside I LOOOOVES me some potatoes. I usually do mashed with some form of other veg like corn, broc, or green beans. I don't agree with the portions of meat though, but that's because if I could I'd eat my bodyweight in animal flesh if I could get away with it, lol. a palm sized steak is just around 4 oz. which is good. My wife and I get those cans of chicken chunks from Sam's Club. 4 servings per can at 90 cals, and 19g of protein per serving. I usually eat a whole can after cardio, and res training, but my wife uses it for salads. Thank you for the info, and great video, Sir Lawrence!
