Seint: Totally Custom Color Match ** NEW Tips!

I am so excited to learn how to mix highlight colors!! I’ve completely quit wearing any highlight color, only Demi under my eyes and anywhere else I need a touchup!! For the last year I’ve used Athens and/or Amber and they worked better than any other highlight. But they now don’t seem to be working as well, so I’ve quit wearing them.

Oh wow….so do I need Palace to mix with my Athens or Amber?

By the big question is, where is all the Demi stock? You know there’s gotta be a bunch left. They have to so something with it, right? 🤷‍♀️

Hello! Yes good idea to mix colors when you don't find your's!.. and maybe i have a tip for not having to mix them each time,.... so do you think that we could do this?: with the spatula you extract one half of the color n°1 rectangle and put it on a palette, then the same with your color n°2. Then you put the rest of your color n°2 with the rest of color n°1 on the color's n°1 rectangle and you gently put it on a frying pan, then when it start to get warm you mix them together with a little needle, and then you let it cool down. Idem with the 2 colors left on your palette.. you put them back on the empty rectangle left and warm them together on the frying pan... I think it should work isn't it? 🤩

Also, I have friends in Ukraine who remind me that we need to carry on despite the tragedy of war and natural disasters. My heart breaks when she sends me a message that she is hiding from the missiles and drone attacks almost daily. We can be sympathetic and supportive and carry on doing our jobs. My friend says she finds comfort and hope in my daily life. I have been helping her since the war broke out, and she is grateful for our friendship. I wish those affected by this tragedy strength and resilience to overcome the loss while they rebuild their lives. 🙏❤️

I 2nd the Red Cross being a terrible org. to donate to while Samaritans Purse being excellent. I do hope they bring back the shades they took away in bigger pans maybe..... I was going to place my first Seint order mostly because of those two shades that came so highly recommended from you! Such a bummer....

Now this is what I find fascinating! Customizing colors. I don't know what it is about my personal color but I have never had an accurate color match for foundation or lips or cheeks in any store, no matter how high end and I imagine some those gals are pretty knowledgeable. I think I must have chameleon skin tone 😄. To make matters more confusing I had light brown hair all my life that would lighten up to a blond or strawberry blond in the summer. My grandmother was a true redhead and I had some red undertones in my hair. Went dang near towheaded as a small child when we spent months in the Hawaiian Islands. After 50 my hair got darker and darker, well, except for the silver parts. Now I have silver hair all around my face and throughout my noggin. My eyes were a rich brown, now they are green. I swear...aging is a wonder. Used to wear lots of browns and greens, (my beautiful blond blue eyed friend would tease me and ask why I didn't just join the military. Black made me look like a cadaver. Sucked all the color right out of me. So now I am a cool tone, no more brown eyeshadows, especially if they are warm. I got into Sient because of Demi, the only thing that covers all the travesties that are my undereye. I am so disappointed about the Demi discontinued colors. VR5 gives me that Blush from Within look that none of the other lip and cheek colors do. I apparently have a lot of yellow in my skin although to look at me it doesn't seem that way. I usually use 3-4 colors of highlight on my face and blend it all together, which I think, is basically what you were explaining. In the summer I do use Hazel on my upper lip and chin because of the texture there. Isn't that what you said once, darker on the textured areas? I actually own a metal spatula and might try to mix a tin of custom color in my laboratory😜. I absolutely love listening to you and learning. Disasters are so sad and can be an emotional hard time, even for someone not personally involved. It hurts the heart. Need to keep working and praying and supporting the best way we can. You are a gem. I applaud your effort to carry on when you don't feel like it, and it shows how much you love what you do when you get into it and are focused on teaching us. Until next time...

I'm so sad about the demis that have discontinued. I was running low on nr1 and saw that it was final sale so I got an extra one but hoping you can show us a dupe for it for when it's gone because it is awesome.

When you hold up your highlight palette, what are the shades on the bottom row? I feel like your video shows the colors more accurately than the website. I’m really curious about the two to the left of Palace.

Darn it! Thought I had every palette I would ever need, but I LOVE the Fibonacci Spiral pattern and the detachable base on this new one you showed.

What should we use for R5 blush instead? 😢

I need a light med/med olive shade. More cool /neutral sorta gray olive. ( I know 🧟‍♀️) I’m looking at all of these shades and I probably have to mix in a green. I already do that with liquid. So I’m intrigued. You ever see Ben Nye, Mehron, RCMA Olive undertone foundation? They look straight up orange. What am I missing? I don’t understand. They are professional makeup artists brands but none of it looks green aka olive.
