First time in Paris today. Painless!
Thank you!
ОтветитьVery helpful. Merci
ОтветитьThank you so much!
ОтветитьWatch out for pick pockets on the B line, we didn’t make it to our destination when my husbands wallet was lifted.
Ответить❤❤❤ amazing
ОтветитьParis is such a disgusting third-world place with all these migrants
ОтветитьThat's if you don't get attacked by africans or muslims 😂😂😂😂. Welcome to frankistan!
ОтветитьI have the sncf jingle as my ringtone. When youbwere going to the station I thought someone was ringing me😅
ОтветитьIf you want to take a taxi from the airport to Paris, do you have to make a reservation for that? Or, is that recommended?
ОтветитьI live in Europe for 20 years and I can guarantee you this video will help all of us TONS ❤
ОтветитьIs the Disney magic bus in terminal 2e?
ОтветитьIf we take the RER B inside the City. Like, from St Michel to Gare du Nord. Can we use the metro ticket?
ОтветитьGreat video! I’m catching the RER and the bus. Can I use my RER ticket for the bus?
ОтветитьAccording to the RATP website, for a trip from CDG to Europe station where our hotel is, the cost is about 13,55 Euros per person so for a family of 4, that is about the same as the fare for a taxi. The trip however is scheduled to take 56 mins. When you mentioned a taxi may take up to 2 - 3 hours depending on traffic, that is concerning. Do the taxis also charge extra for time besides a flat rate of 55 Euros from CDG to Paris city center ? Thank you. I am really enjoying your videos. Merci beaucoup Les Frenchies !
ОтветитьGreat video, thank you.
ОтветитьThis is an incredibly useful video! What a great public service, Frenchies!
ОтветитьOnce I purchase the RER ticket and take the RER B train, do I need to buy another ticket to travel in metro?
ОтветитьWe'll be there next Thursday!! Can't wait to ride the RER and métro again! I have our routing from CDG all planned out and I watched a video that showed the underground passageway between Saint-Michel - Notre-Dame to Cluny La Sorbonne on line 10, which is the line we will be taking to get to our Airbnb, direction Boulogne Pont de Saint-Cloud. Allez, on y va!
ОтветитьQuestion(please clarify) : So, I can use my one way RER ticket to get on a bus once I arrive at Gare du Nord from CDG?
ОтветитьExcellent video, it helped me a lot. I wonder if you can solve one doubt I have. The Round-trip ticket from CDG, is 24 hours? Or I should use the ticket in a specific time limit?
ОтветитьGot the train from CDG after watching the video. Easy peasy. Only problem was trying to get out of the station towards the metro. Thanks for the informative videos. Made our trip so much easier and enjoyable.
ОтветитьI used this video last year. Saved so much money.
ОтветитьI need to go to Palais Garnier from the Airport. I wonder if I can I also transfer to RER A from RER B at Les Halles, with the same ticket?
ОтветитьBonjour. Can you buy a RER B ticket from CDG to Paris and load it on the Naviago Easy Card? Merci.
ОтветитьGood tips. As a rail geek, the RER is my favorite way to get to CDG. However, my wife is not nearly as enamored with trains as I am, especially when dragging our luggage to and from a flight! So we are planning for an Uber to and from the airport this summer. It certainly is more convenient to be dropped off at the front door, but it is pricey!
The one exception I would note would be time of day. I took the RER B south to head to Orly once and it was during morning rush. I literally have never been so packed in a train as that day. Literally nose an inch from someone’s back. I imagine the RER north through the city was just as bad. Not sure what highway traffic is like that time of day, but, with luggage that was not a pleasant experience that I want to repeat.
Thanks! The train system in Paris is so complicated!
ОтветитьI used this video and it was spot on and super easy!
ОтветитьThank you so much for helping me feel confident in using RER B. Certainly heaps cheaper than taxis. 👏
Ответитьdoes roissybus include in navigo pass?
ОтветитьA question for you. I arrive in Paris (CDG) at 8pm. By the time I clear customs & collect baggage, it will easily be 9-10pm. Would you recommend still taking the train at that time of night?
ОтветитьVery very useful clip. Watched it, took notes and I think I'm ready to go!!!
ОтветитьExcellent Video... Thanks so much for taking the time to do this...We are planning to go to Europe soon.. I would like to know if you can help me with this question.... I'm traveling with my husband to Paris on a 3 days trip, and I would like to know what do you recommend. We are arriving on a Saturday morning. I want to go from Airport CDG to Paris (RER B train), then take the Metro to go to the hotel, and then on Sunday to Versailles (RER C Train )...and then the metro the other two days... Is there a ticket that combines everything in one?... or I have to buy each ticket separately?...The Navigo is that ticket?...thanks and have a wonderful weekend
ОтветитьToujours pertinent vos vidéos. Nous espérons aller à Paris début mai du Québec. Merci pour tout 👍
ОтветитьDear Les Frenchies. I need your help.
I booked a room in Novotel Hotel in Roissypol (Terminal 3). It says that the CDGVAL free shuttle will take me there. How does it look when I exit or is there a crossroad to reach the Hotel? Thank you for your help
In my opinon this transported is not good option for 2 travellers from airport Orly. price of taxi 30 euro if you book in advance
ОтветитьThank you for this, travelling alone from Italy in March and preparing for the trip and was wondering how to get from CDG to my hotel near to Eiffel tower. This makes it a lot easier and the visuals are very supportive.
ОтветитьWith all the positive comments here ;)
My hubby decided that we use the trains from cdg airport 😂 to hotel Lorette Astotel.
So we watch ur video and see what will happen to us this April 2023 :)
By the way, we are coming from SG so that's a 13hrs flight ✈️ if we do via SQ or a 18hrs flight if we do via Qatar airways. So goodluck to us! :)
Thank u so much for ur amazing tips 😁
If you visit Singapore, I'll be glad to tour u around or if we see you in Paris....that will be awesome! ;)
Sometimes I meet friends accidentally overseas like the time we went to Shinjuku Japan, saw my friend at Starbucks and we are bought ordering the java chip during Sakura season. We know it's cold but we still want to try.
Hehehe 🤣😂
Hi. thanks for the video. I wonder in ticket machines- Do they give you changes?
ОтветитьHi ! This is very helpful! From the airport to My hotel. But can I ask how to get to Abbesses station from Eiffel Tower? Thank you in advance.
ОтветитьCan you tell me where will the Euro express will take you when I take that from London.
ОтветитьHiii thank you very much for this informations , i want know how can i go from aeroport Charle de gaulle terminal 3 to hotel premiere classe le blanc mesnil? Can you help me please?
ОтветитьVery useful.i experience the same as he said.good work.
ОтветитьHi, thanks for the video. I'm going to Paris next month (Dec) and want to take RER A from Gare de Lyon to Disneyland and back. Can I buy my tickets at any metro station? Are there specific times for the tickets or can I take any RER A? Should I buy return tickets also, or is there a time limit? thanks so much.
ОтветитьThank you for ur amazing videos. I will arrive at cdg and planning to go sightseeing for my 10 hr layover, then head bk to cdg. Is there an option to purchase a day pass/round trip tkt from cdg machines or attendants, that gives me access to RER+metro for 24 hrs any direction? Or do I have to purchase a ticket at the airport, then another one from paris to get bk to cdg? Thank u
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThank you for your informative videos. They are helping me tremendously! I'm planning to take the RER B and then the metro to Paris, but not sure cause I have luggage and I'll be solo. Would you recommend a taxi in this case? My hotel is close to Grands Boulevards Metro Station close to Opera house. Could you tell me what's the stop? Thank you in advance!
Ответить👋😎🤞
ОтветитьThis is a very good video, but unlike most people I would not recommend the RER during the high season. In my multiple experiences, it is unreliable, absolutely packed, and malfunctions are frequent. And if you are coming in on a warm day, do not expect air conditioning, you will be jet-lagged and may need to stand for at least an hour because there may not be a seat until you reach Gard du Nord or possibly Saint Michel Notre Dame. For a first time, it’s an absolute no. If you are in the off-season and travel lightly then you will be fine.
Otherwise, a very good video!
