My hubby n I are 80 & desperately want to start “Again” to do something we can accomplish to feel more energetic.I am praying we can get to the goal we have set, would be wonderful. Every 3 hours for 1 month before we even think of doing anything else. May take a year, lolololol, but we are giving it our best.! Thank you so much for all the encouragement. Will let ya know if we ever make it. 🥰. 🙃. 🥴

ОтветитьHi April. Thank you for this nice short, easy workout. This viral infection that I have doesn't seem to want leave, and I truly don't want to sit around all day. This was just what I needed, hoping that tomorrow I'll be able to do more. For now it's lots of fruit and veggies to try and get rid of this.

ОтветитьI transitioned to the 15-minute videos after a week of the 10-minute videos to get back into this after Covid. My heart is having a much easier time without increasing as fast as it was!! So encouraging - I love all of your support, optimism and humor!

ОтветитьWhile I’m not a senior, I do have medical complications that prevent me from doing high impact activities. Thank you for this workout. It feels good to get some movement without hurting my body.
