ОтветитьThis is my favorite stretch work out. I try to do this at least 2 to 3 days a week. Really should do it every day but just don’t get to it. I really need to try some of her other work out but this is a staple for me

ОтветитьI’ve literally been doing this every morning since the day it was released on my 16th birthday last year and it has honestly changed my life! Starting off my day stretching has truly made my life so much better and I just want to say thank you Maddie for all your videos ❤️ I’m sure we can all agree that Madfit’s videos have all made us more active and in touch with our bodies :)
