Them increasing aim down sight time and sprint to fire time is making them slower, not faster. Your logic on a lot of these are off.

frizz the mcw got nerfed the increase was to the MS so its slower ads

for the MCW, the 13" barrel is the best one. It provides a ton of speed and the range is as good as the 16.5. Try it and see.
