You know it’s greek mythology when the person punished for SA in a temple is the woman who was forced
ОтветитьThe biggest takeaway I got from this video is that Hephaestus does not fuck around
ОтветитьUranus threw his nuts into the ocean and they transformed into an island?
ОтветитьGodly family dynamics take a wild turn – Titans munching on each other, goddesses cursing left and right, and Poseidon's bull deal gone wrong. It's a heavenly soap opera, and I'm here for the chaos!
Ответитьwhy do i find it so comical that hera got mad at zeus for having a child without her so she gave birth to another child without zeus???
thats like two kids playing a game and then one of them says "i think i wanna play a different game" and then the other one goes "well fine then, i'll go play by myself >:( "

Where's helios :(
ОтветитьAwesome video more mythology please or President
ОтветитьWhere hekate !?
ОтветитьThe only thing I'll say is Hercules is the roman name, Heracles is the Greek name
ОтветитьHera is a PETTY QUEEN
Ответитьholy shit why is greek mythology so batshit insane
Ответить“she was born from zeus’ forehead without a mother” 💀💀💀
ОтветитьIts Heracles not Hercules
ОтветитьFun fact, in the beginning about the sickel is also the explanation why the sea is salty and Hercules is the Roman version, the Greek version is Heracles
Ответитьin the end how is athena virgin if she had a child with zeus???
ОтветитьJesus is the way, the truth and he is the light 💕💕
ОтветитьAwesome video!! Could you make one for the Norse gods too please?
ОтветитьEmbarking on an epic journey through Greek mythology in just 11 minutes! From the primordial deities to the Olympians, each god and goddess has a fascinating tale. Kudos for condensing this rich lore into an engaging narrative. Ready for more mythological adventures!
ОтветитьUr voice sounds like an ais voice. Thats a compliment 😊
ОтветитьPersona 3 lore goes crazy
ОтветитьWhere Kratos?
ОтветитьAthena did have a mother, she was the titan Metis who Zeus tricked into turning into a fly that he swallowed, thats why Athena was born from Zeus's head.
ОтветитьSpeed much. Please do slow it.
ОтветитьHow were the children illegitimate? Is there some sort of marriage system going on here?
ОтветитьIncredibly informative video! Your concise breakdown is both eye-opening and educational
ОтветитьTo clarify, these are the major gods (12 olympians) plus a few more. Ancient greeks had actually a lot more, less significant gods and goddesses, pretty much for every feeling and emotion, every situation in the life and every river, mountain etc (also i like your videos)
ОтветитьGreek Mythology is really great idk why people always hate it i know there are bad incidents are connected with them but remeber the law wherever the good resides the bad also resides there !!
ОтветитьNot “every” though
ОтветитьToday I learned Zeus married his sister. Now I don't blame him for having so many affairs
ОтветитьAthena beating Poseidon for patronage of Athens is so crazy.
ОтветитьPart of why I love Greek (and most other) mythology is how absurd it is at times, a god born from the castrated balls of a titan is honestly the kind of religion I want to hear about
ОтветитьI knew the gods were messed up but damn
ОтветитьI’ve always wondered why Pan (satyr dude) isn’t mentioned more when talking about the most popular Greek gods. Isn’t the term “Greek Pantheon” derived from Pan’s name? It’s always made him seem more important than he’s made out to be, to me at least
ОтветитьHermes 🎉May 29, 05,2003 Is my birthdate 🎉❤❤❤
ОтветитьSemi-hot take: If Hestia had been the Queen of the Gods, as she was Rhea's firstborn, the world would be vastly different today (assuming the Greek Gods were real)
Ответить...and then one day a man named Socrates said, "WTF? Are you kidding me? Do you morons actually believe this crap?" (not a direct quote) Then the democratic government of Athens voted to have him killed for not believing all of this bullshit.
Good video btw.
why is kratos not here
ОтветитьCronus is kinda dumb since he married the titan of motherhood 💀🤣
ОтветитьMore than half of the gods are missing, particularly Pan. Also where are Hecate, Eros, Nike, Nemesis, Morpheus, Thanatos ...
Ответитьwhy did i expect that to happen in the end
ОтветитьI do not like pagan gods.
Ответитьbut gaia had some other kids withuranus
ОтветитьLove the video but one question: why did you use the Roman name for Herakles when you are talking about Greek Mythology
ОтветитьIt was great except the ending. Hestia is not seen as an important God in the modern era because her domain doesn't really exist anymore but it was critical back when. There's a great irony to the "she has a very limited mythology" given, technically, it's all hers. She is the god of storytelling and the oral tradition in general. In a way there cannot be greek mythology without her.
ОтветитьI have a classmate name Hera........
ОтветитьMan… the gods are dicks
Ответитьwow, I've never seen a neutral afterlife before. Everything is usually set in black and white, heaven and hell, but Hades has the asphodel meadows in the middle. Glad to know where I'm going.
ОтветитьHESTIS IS BESTIA
