This is gold! So glad you were there to capture all this!
ОтветитьThis is also known as Greasing the Groove. Pavel Tsatsouline has talked a lot about it. Also what Steve Justa said applies to Devon's thinking
"You should feel stronger after a workout"
Also for people training in general, Dan John's "Even Easier Strength" is something similar. Also known as 40 day program
Devon's absolute love of the game is nonpareil. He even offers to help train his opponents he defeats (Ermes), but out of love, not ego.
ОтветитьCan't wait for Devon VS. Dennis Ciplenkov 2 Round ❤
Ответитьhow did he discover these workouts
Ответитьcan someone explain how exactly the pronation lift translates to armwrestling?
ОтветитьI've learned a lot from this man, although I have nothing to do with arm wrestling. Thank you for sharing that video.
ОтветитьEl campeón
ОтветитьHe is just a giant man! His hat looks like a toddler’s hat on his head
ОтветитьDevon you a Legend as a Armwrestler, i love how you show the World that even if you 50+ its possible to work on yourself and still getting progress. You a great Coach, how calm you explain in simple way.Keep pushin, keep workin, keep movin.
Ответить👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Ответить“can I clean here?”
Anatoly
Dude is just a genius when it comes to this sport
ОтветитьMaybe he's not the strongest, but he is the best armwrestler
ОтветитьI get my dietary advice from Dr. Berg, and my lifting advice from this guy. 😁
ОтветитьOne question. Am I supposed to just do a single and then come back later and do another. Or does single in this circumstance just mean a reset between lifts? So for example, do I do several "singles" while going at it and then rest and come back, or is it specifically just one single lift and then done until I come back like 20 minutes later?
ОтветитьDevon why give away all your arsenal of training strategies?
Ответитьpeople dont know how valuable this data is incredible, thanks
ОтветитьThe only reason I could see this as abuse, is the fact he extended the match instead of just smashing him at every turn
ОтветитьSo only one reps things
ОтветитьBut how many seconds to keep the raises. ? Please someone can tell me ? 😊
ОтветитьI've been wondering if I could incorporate my job into armwrestling. This is pretty much the same principle. I work for 10-14 hrs per day sometimes with a rivet buster on concrete. The strength and stamina you achieve after a year is unnatural.
ОтветитьHes not showing all his tricks
ОтветитьDevon is the man. The popeye arms / chronic masturbator look is key. All jokes aside, he is such a down to earth cool guy. All the best to this gentleman.
ОтветитьI think he's going to end up with parkinson's by the way he shuffles hes feet's and arms just not moving when he walks, unfortunately 😞
Hopefully is not going to be the case, a great man with a great goal and mind set. 💪🦵🤜🤛
Man... I fuckin love this guy... everything devon says is right on point. I love how he talks about being excited to lift when he gets up in the morning... I'm the same way.
ОтветитьIt's not the real exercise he's faking it
ОтветитьThose Devon Kong hand next to normal hand 🙄
ОтветитьWolverine???
ОтветитьThis is “greasing the groove”. Pavel T talks about this training methodology.
ОтветитьUSING A PRESSURIZED CAN?!! PLEASE DO NOT REPLICATE THIS!! That can could blow and cause major injuries!! DEVON IS A GOD BUT THIS IS UNSAFE!
ОтветитьI love how with the multispinner Devon doesn't try and promote Armbet but just softly mentions that you can either order or make it, totally up to you. He has videos as well on his channel where he describes how to make one. I ordered one today just because I wanna support Devon and the sport but making one is stupidly simple!
ОтветитьDevon is a real Canadian hero 💪🇨🇦 God keep our land glorious and free
ОтветитьI wonder y Devon is wearing such loose jeans..does his small brother also arm wrestles 👀
ОтветитьDevon is a beast!
ОтветитьWhere are the triceps?
ОтветитьI say that is bs
ОтветитьQuestion!!! It is clear that we're working more the tendons and the initiation of muscle movement, so we have brutal activation, but how thas recovery work? Muscle takes from 24 to 48 hours to recover, tendons take much longer, in theory, because this man brakes his tendon fibers multiple times a day... for f..ing several years 😂🙉.
But stays the strongest... h..ly s..hit.. the shift between the theories is immense🙉, who can tell what is the best training????😮
Absolute mad man or genius…
ОтветитьDevon is always apologizing for how "simple" his lessons are but idk if he realizes how rare it is to have someone be able to condense their wisdom into incredibly simple and effective techniques...this man is giving out free masterclasses on the daily, what a fucking legend.
ОтветитьAs an obsessive athlete. Someone utterly obsessed with performance, I have the most respect for this guys mindset. He is absolutely fixated on his craft and he devotes himself fully to pushing those limits. It’s a deep rabbit hole but geez, the details are enthralling and adventurous. Shoutout to anyone traveling the path of self mastery. Keep doing your best.
ОтветитьDevon, I know you are a good guy by paying it forward but you need to learn how to tell the garbage people and real people that want to learn the traits, not little shits having you over just for the views.
