ОтветитьThank you for making this video I've been having a hard time finding Coco at times didn't even realize I had all the ingredients in my house
ОтветитьWhat s ton of information for cocoa mix.
ОтветитьHi Mary, thank you for this recipe! I was wondering if you’ve ever had hot chocolate in Williamsburg? It has cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom, red pepper and nutmeg. It Is scrumptious! Thought maybe you could figure out the amounts fir this.
ОтветитьWill try it cause I love cocoa mix thanks
ОтветитьCan you give a recipe per cup?
ОтветитьWhat about raw sugar?
Ответитьthat is not true
ОтветитьIs Sucanat the same as turbinado sugar? My grocery store doesn’t have it
ОтветитьWould freezing the flour OR the cocoa mix make it last longer ( because of the fat content)?
ОтветитьThis recipe is just what I am looking for. Just a simple cocoa.
That would make a wonderful gift. And I just love Mary. She just sounds like she is full of the love of God. ❤
I am so giddy to see this my kids are into drinking “kid coffee” aka hot cocoa and it’s so expensive! What is going on in those mountains Swiss Miss?!?😅
ОтветитьThis was great. I love hot chocolate and always wonder what is in the mixes I get. This is so easy and sounds delicious.
ОтветитьHi Mary, I don't think you would suggest using Splenda. My husband uses it every day in his tea. I would love to find a different sugar substitute for him. After blending Sucanat, do you think he would like it? I will definitely use Sucanat for your hot cocoa recipe. Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes.🥰
ОтветитьMy husband can't eat anything made from corn, so I am happy to hear about arrowroot powder! And I LOVE hot chocolate and will make these as part of Christmas gifts this year!
ОтветитьNot sure if you will see this, or anyone will; but I’m trying to make a homemade recipe to use in a keurig reusable pod. I usually make it with 1tbs cocoa powder and add honey. I’m wondering if I could make one with cocoa and fry milk and add the honey when it’s done. Has anyone made anything like that before?
ОтветитьThank you so much for making this video. Love it. You yea h me so much and a life saver! Thank you again 😊❤
ОтветитьYou are a sweet woman with a great desire to share & please others. That’s precious. I found though, that I was getting impatient with the length of the video & some repetition. Great recipe & I do appreciate your time & knowledge! (Maybe use an outline to stay on track & not repeat? Just a suggestion from a woman who went to business school where presentations were many. It’s hard when you’re excited about your subject. 😊)
ОтветитьMary, I find your channel very helpful. Is it possible to use a sugar substitute for your mix? I can't have sugar.
ОтветитьIf you have to grind your granulated sugar into a powder, could you possibly use powdered sugar?
ОтветитьI will try this, it looks good!
ОтветитьBeautiful video, Mary!
ОтветитьThe recipe on the website didn't have any amounts...
ОтветитьWhat if you can’t hv sugar and normal use sweet and low
ОтветитьHi Mary found your delightful channel today. Thanks for making life so sweet.
ОтветитьCan you use powdered heavy cream instead of the milk.
ОтветитьIs that still available? I haven't seen powder milk in a long time. I will goggle it to see if it still around.
ОтветитьLove your apron Mary!!
ОтветитьHow could make it into. Hot chocolate rather than cocoa? I love a cup of hot chocolate and your videos too, sounds like a great time,
ОтветитьSo how many cups of sugar do you use
ОтветитьThank you for all your wonderful recipes! I love your channel!😊Regina
ОтветитьMy sister is diabetic and cannot have any sugar I made your exact recipe without the sugar I added hot water to my cup and I added two tablespoons of the cocoa and milk powder which I sifted all together along with the corn starch and the salt then I just used one sweet and low and one Splenda I also added one tablespoon of coffee creamer it was the yummiest cocoa
ОтветитьI have made homemade hot chocolate and it is delicious! To make it even healthier, used raw cacao instead of cocoa
ОтветитьWhy not just use confectioners sugar? It is white sugar with cornstarch added?
ОтветитьYour video is very informative. Thank you 💝😊 happy Holidays!
ОтветитьCan u suggest a non dairy milk powder to Buy from Amazon or any other place ..plzzz
Thx🥰
My sister in law is allergic to soy. There is soy lectin in most chocolate you buy in the stores. Thanks to your recipe, I can send her some hot chocolate for Christmas.
ОтветитьHi Mary- thank you for this video. Can I use “icing sugar” for the sugar part?
ОтветитьI make it diabetic friendly by using stevia (splenda) insted of sugar...
ОтветитьFrom an NIH report of 2019, there is MSG in dry milk. So I dumped my dry milk and did 2 versions. One has organic dry milk, the other leaves out dry milk so you can add it to hot milk or coffee.
ОтветитьWhy is the 45.68 oz container only about 3/4 full when I opened it?
ОтветитьBoring 😴
ОтветитьFor those of us who are diabetic, I came across a recipe for making stevia powdered "sugar" that could work for this.
It's 1 cup of Stevia to 2 tblsp of cornstarch. You put it in your blender and blend well. Then use it as you would powdered sugar.
Thank you for the recipe I was looking for something to give us Christmas gifts to a few young families and this is perfect and yes I also love to use dehydrated mini marshmallows. I am not a huge fan of arrowroot because when I make gravy out of it the gravy slimy. But I do like rice flour.
ОтветитьThanks for the tutorial. I noticed that you have 'under cabinet lighting'. That is an excellent idea for light where you need it for making coffee and the microwave.
ОтветитьIf making important food…. I always look for this Sweet lady!
ОтветитьI just mixed this up and, of course, tested it. Delicious! I made it with home freeze dried whole milk. I will be mixing up much more!
ОтветитьLove the idea on the marshmallows! My grandkids always want hot chocolate with marshmallows. But I always end up having to throw out the left overs cause they only visit every few months. I started finally freezing them but I never thought about dehydrating them , yea I can have my freezer space back . Thanks
