this was comforting to watch :) near where i live there are no asian spas so i don't feel as relaxed or comfortable going to spas that don't have the culture i grew up with. it's a significant idea to have your own spa at home- it just takes effort that i usually don't put into myself. however, i want to take better care of myself not just physically and mentally but also spiritually. it's a great way to rewind from stress especially as you grow older.

Definitely the leafy part of kimchi is most enjoyable to me!

Super cute video! Reminds me of the time I was lucky enough to go to a Japanese hot spring in Mt. Fuji. There were no clothes allowed which made me a nervous wreck... But I got even luckier and it was empty. To answer your kimchi question, leafy. I like the texture it adds!
