Love this one. Well I love most of them but this one was really a godsend. I've been hyper anxious for the past 10 days over something that I have no control over and don't know how it will turn out. I do my breathing and 'allow' it but this morning I sat down with my knitting and decided to turn on Spy Cat instead of the alpha music I often use for knitting. That focused beat eased the fizzing in my chest and let me feel some moments of peace and joy. Thank you.

Pretty good. There are a couple sections where I heard some annoying background clicks or tap sounds. Other than that it was chill.
