About tip #18. What are you going to do with the person’s cell phone if you turned it off. Your advice doesn’t sound pretty guided also makes you sound like you are contradicting yourself from being a good customer service oriented to a “I don’t want to be bother person”, so you lost your phone, now deal with it another way.

This means, if you buy a 50k and use for Uber you can deduct the entire amount against your taxes due + Mileage and expenses! Hi I am in Tampa bay area. I have done with hopskip the 14 steps hiring, took 11 moth. I got an official contractor certification..and then an apologize letter to tell me after 11 mounth,14 steps,2 background check, they not operate on Tampa bay area. I wrote them this apologize it's not accepted by me,and I want reinsburment. I will take this further. But I would like to find out, if it's just the Tampa Bay area or this whole company is a scam? Is anybody ever got from them a rides via the apps? Is anyone ever saw a car with thie orange decals and a driver in orange T shirt? I mean for real?

What percentage of each fare to you get? Hawaii drivers only get 60% of each fare. Uber drivers in Australia get 75% or each fare!

Believe it or not, but not even an ambulance can take a minor without a parent or guardian permission, nir can they take someone against their will, lol its considered kidnapping, now I will say there are some exceptions.

An example is my partner and I (Retired Capt. Fire/medic here btw) had a call oh a minor hit by a car while skateboarding, he was unresponsive no parent or guardian, the call came from an elderly lady who knows his parents, I made the decision to take him to ER she was going to try and notify the parents i quickly took down that information and we were off, if the parents were sue happy they absolutely as crazy as it sounds could have suied and press charges on us as kid nappers, but thankfully they said I did the right thing had them sign a waiver, lol whew, I told them if it were my kid I'd want them taken care of and treated.

And yeah it sounds strange, like what, we would have left junior bleeding out on the street, some medics treat on scene until parent or guardian is established because there have been cases of people looking to file suit at make a few pretty pennies, There was a case where an ambulance was running code 3 and because the trooper felt they were going a little too fast he pulled them over, seriously running code 3 with a patient in the back headed to the hospital a real emergency, pulled them over, If it were I, the trooper could meet me at the hospital. Anyway, yeah so definitely not cool to pick up minors without a parent or guardian. Lol. Jeez.

I find it rude to pull up and ask a stranger “What is your name?”. Same thing but if you ask them “What’s the driver name in the app please?”, it would be a much nicer way to ask a rider in my opinion.

If uber locks you out is that a forever ban or do you get a second chance after say 6 months? I ask because I have been doing eats and had a customer say i never delivered an order and got a huge warning from uber. Thing is I totally delivered last 2 orders by handing to customer. Not sure which one even said never received.

After watching your video I've decided against doing ride share. I'll stick to delivering food for now. Also love the simping for the company. Oh no is it against company policy? Who gives af? If someone's gonna pay me good money to drive them somewhere in cash, which makes no sense because how did they even order a ride without money, then I'm going to do it. If I get into an accident I'm just going to tell the officer that I'm driving around my friend and no money is involved. Imagine narcing on yourself lmfao. It's sounds like maybe uber should insure their drivers better instead of depending on them to have the proper insurance. As a billion dollar company that doesn't even do anything other than operate an app, they should have plenty of money for insuring they're drivers. God I hate wanna be capitalists.

Here's a tip for all you Uber and Lyft drivers carry some protection in your car either a gun or mace or both you never know who's getting in your car I don't care what anyone says it could be your life and your last ride carry some protection

Another problem with doing Uber and Lyft the money is always inconsistent you may have a good day and make $150 and the next day you'll be lucky if you make 50

Driving for Uber or Lyft is a dead-end job you will never get ahead doing this crap trust me you won't and you will be piling Mi up on your vehicle the only ones who benefit is Uber and Lyft the company not the guy doing the driving

Hindu a week goes by no tip if you're not going to tip people do not tell them you're going to tip don't do it

* Tipping *

There are different types of Uber services. From Uber X (Everyone) to Uber Black & Uber SUVs. Premium rides in luxury cars/Premium rides for 6 in luxury SUVs. I want to talk about Uber X. Ladies and gentlemen, the truth of the matter is this. If you have to get our your vehicle to assist passengers in any way, it should be an automatic mandatory tip. I personally have no problem helping anyone while working or not working. But for the mass drivers, especially if it's raining, they have to get out their vehicles to get wet to help you with your luggage. Rideshare should make you tip automatically. No driver doing Uber X gets tips on every trip they do. In the terms and conditions of Rideshare, I guarantee you no where you will find the driver has to help customers with luggage, bags, groceries, or even wheelchairs. Let me tell you why. Guess what happened if you get hurt during the progress, can you guess.


* Tipping *
Let me ask you this question. You're a passenger who just took Rideshare. Now that same day or day after, are you going to contact the Rideshare company and demand proof, wanting to speak to the driver directly that the driver got your tip? No, you're not! So now the focus is not on how many customer's tips. Rather, the question should be, since you have no way of knowing for sure other than what the Rideshare company is telling you, do you the driver receive all your tips? You have absolutely no guarantee way of knowing if ten customers tip you, do you receive all ten tips, or do the Rideshare company take 3 of your tips and tell you only seven people tip you. Sometimes, the customer's tips cash, showing you on their phone upon arrival that they tip you. But let's face it their's no guaranteed way of knowing if you received all your tips.
