Do you have any meditation tracks with your voice?

Could my addiction to sweet foods go back to when my father would take me and my sisters when we were kids to the supermarket every once in a while, and would let us buy one or some candies and snacks? I would be at that moment given the (freedom) to choose on one hand, and having considered that as "love, care, attention...etc." from my father, who has always been emotionally, mentally, physically absent a lot more than present....
I feel good when I eat sweet food, and it triggers me and makes me depressed when I can't get chocolate, for example, when the budget is tight and I have to wait, especially when it has to do with money it makes me feel panicky... I'm 26... yet it affects me as if I'm 5 still❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

I have your books in English and them together with these videos helped me built the courage to fight protect and guide myself better. It sounds different in Polish which is my mother tongue yet the direct translation makes it very easy to understand the idea.
