I regret buying my 13700K cpu, i can not be cooled properly with my ARTIC LIQUID FREEZER 240mm, it goes to 108C with 250Watts TDP. I am very sad. It seems Ryzen cpus are more efficient. Sadly i don't have any money left to take a better cpu cooler.

Haha, that was excellent! Trying to run a 12900K on a crappy Athlon stock cooler! How that did not throttle even worse, I do not know.
When I go for a 13900k or 14900k, I will get a nice MB and RAM, though I might be limited in the latter as, even with a B450 build, I still have to run the RAM downclocked from 3200MHz in order to get good stability in game!

That H610 board is so bad, it only has 2 RAM slots! Definitely not suitable for an i9-12900K!
That sort of board is what you would use in an office rig, where you slap a Pentium in it, or maybe an i3.

I think if your goal is 150fps, no matter what configuration you choose from this video, you automatically win lol.

One think I like about 12th gen. All you have to do is push a few buttons and then your getting 5.1GHz boost in game.

Down blowing air cooler cools the VRM, that's why it's working better. I suspect that is why all the 'stock' air coolers blow down, to help cheap mobo's VRM not melt a hole in the PCB.

Mount a copper plate in the form of like a bowl onto it, and cook on the copper bowl that's connected to that 12900K

Bruh. I am using that loser h610m-E, with i-5 12400 with (upgraded) rtx 3060 differents.
No stuttering, or maybe becouse I get used to it, ( owner since gt 730 ).
But yeah, I really need to change mobo...

Dawid, since AMD make A320M board compatible with Ryzen 9 5950X, you should try with more cancer A320M Motherboard and a Ryzen 9 5950x

When arranging a motherboard on a box with an AIO, make sure the pump/heatsink is below the waterline to avoid air pockets in the pump/heatsink.

My laptop is fine running over 100 degrees. Highest temp I’ve saw is 108 degrees and it throttled down from 4 which is it’s max to 3.8

Why the small COOLER helped...
I guess DAWID forgot about the AIR FLOW helping to keep the power delivery from overheating and forcing the CPU to throttle? The CPU heats up but the power delivery is cooler relative to the AIO.

The base configuration, all the way to the Dell configuration. 😂 dude, it’s still Better Than Dell.

Now put high end cooler on basic cpu like 12100 or 12400
