i always plan to do excercise but when i start and hear the beat of the background music of the video of excercise that im copying i end up dancing nonsense because i dont know to dance but i love to dance😅
now that I found you.. im doing excercise now and learn dance also 😍😍im with the beat now .i enjoy i almost 3hrs dancing with you continue😅🤣🥰🥰😍

Starting measurements (in):
Waist - 28
Hip - 38
Thigh - 22.25
Arm - 12
Day 1: Was really fun, got my heart rate up and my breathing heavy, had to take two breaks to grab and drink water
Day 2: Did the Harry’s House video today, which was definitely the move. I’m a little sore from yesterday and that video felt a lot easier, still got me sweating tho. Also did a Madfit no equipment arm video, which was way more difficult than I thought it’d be.
Day 3: Did a 2000s dance video, was pretty chill, the lunges were surprising tough. Did that arm video again too, which has been nice since I get to do it sitting.
Day 4: Did the One Direction one today. The lunges and squats are starting to get easier, but maybe if I do a more leg heavy workout I’ll still feel it.
Day 5: Did a 2010s one today that really worked my legs. I also ended up wandering around LA for a few hours so my legs are donee.
Day 6: Taking a rest day.
Day 7: Did a 90s dance workout today, really liked dancing to Scrubs.
Day 8: Did part 2 to the TikTok dance routine and it was surprisingly not that difficult. I had some energy tonight, so I also did the arm workout and the “I’ll be single soon” routine.
Day 9: Did the Ariana Grande routine, wasn’t too bad but lk I’m pretty sore now.
Day 10: Did a Madfit 5 min ab workout. I reallly struggled, might need to focus more on core strength going forward (or maybe I’ll just ignore it idk). Also did the arm workout.
Day 11: Did the Justin Bieber routine and it was so much fun!! I've never been a huge fan but the songs and the choreo were simply hitting. Also did the arm workout. (arms and legs are truly my bread and butter, ab shit scares me)
Day 12: Rested today (aka had to travel and then got too high at night to exercise)
Day 13: Justin Bieber again
Day 14: Did the 2000s routine, was pretty chill.
Day 15: Did the Folklore routine today, which was very different from the other dance videos. The style was a lot more lyrical and contemporary, but despite how slow some of the movements were, there were still a ton of squats and these weird cross-body lunges that were kicking my assss. Oh, and this routine had one song which was mostly on the floor, which I skipped.
Ok from here on out I think I'll document my fitness logs in a spreadsheet, but it's been a good time!
I just found this and it is now one of my very favorite dance workouts! Thank you for making working out so fun🥹💖 You have gotten me through the loneliness of the pandemic, and a couple of freak illnesses/injuries.
