The psychologist was a huge threat to the prosecutor, he attacked her from every direction! Then insinuated it wasn't a cult... seriously, stop embarrassing yourself lol 😂😅

The psych doctor the defense hired was hard to watch. She was wonky! Her breathing sounded like she was yawning all the time.

The prosecutor's cross-examination of the psychologist was bizarre. Like, pointing out that the psychologist said she prefers the forest over the beach...ok? Not sure what angle the prosecutor was going for there. It doesn't make you a bad psychologist if you enjoy coffee, thrifting, and were in a band. Then asking the psychologist their Myer Briggs type and suggesting that (because they're an INFJ) they're a "feeler" who can't think logically... I was pretty shocked no one objected to that. It doesn't matter if the psychologist studied existential philosophy in undergrad, knits, or enjoys flower arranging (all questions the prosecutor asked). It has zero relevance to their credibility or this case.

I can’t believe the psychologist didn’t include the fact that she Was postpartum, and her hormones could have affected her existing mental health problems along with the other stressful situation she was in

Another point. She left her parent's home at an early age because they "controlled" her, but went to a man that controlled her but felt that this was normal and wasn't controlling. What????

She could also have been suffering from delayed postpartum, which could have also caused delusions and psychotic behaviour. Wonder why that wasn’t mentioned?

I don't like this prosecutor. He's the same one who prosecuted the Melody Farris case. I thought he was going to throw a tantrum like a two year old when the judge ruled in favor of the defense once.

I cannot stand any expert who trails off to nothing when she has no confidence. Every one of her sentences trails off into the ether. I’m over her and wouldn’t give her testimony any weight if I were a juror.

She’s all crying and then the moment her mom starts talking about her she stops and smiles and laughs?!! Classic sociopathic narcissist! You’d think that it would remind her of what her child would never become?! And in a normal person this would break them into more tears. Textbook narcissistic sociopathic killer teetering on psychopath… most likely both. Imo

I’m dumbfounded when I think of this case as compared to Ashley Benefield. People were so willing to just believe her flimsy story, yet these men say it out loud and it’s ignored or treated as “okay” behaviour. This woman literally couldn’t leave unlike Ashley, kept from psychological help and under total control. Actual evidence of her trying and failing to get away in this case. She will pay the price for her actions but it seems she’s the only one that will. Where are his charges? Does anyone know anything about him in this aftermath? The way it’s spoken about, it wouldn’t surprise me if LE were like “see ya…happy hunting”. 👀

Much has been made about the fact that Driver locked the bedroom door before stabbing her baby and herself.

But, we just heard during the testimony of the independent Doctor that Benjamin (sp?) "walked in the door" of the bedroom where she had stabbed Hannah and herself.

If she had locked the door, how was B able to just "walk in"?

Did he have a key? Did be break down the door? Was the lock on the door not working? Did she let him in? Did he walk through the door like a ghost in a movie?

Although I do agree that she was in an emotionally and physically abusive situation, murder is murder. She could’ve literally done anything else to get Hannah out of that situation. Hannah deserved better and it’s unfortunate that her mother did not do her duty to protect her. She knew what she did to Hannah was wrong. And for that I don’t see why she would be found anything else but guilty.
