Longplay of Earthworm Jim 2

Like part 1, Earthworm Jim 2 has a lot of weird and crazy stuff to offer. At one point you are a blind cave salamander flying through a level that looks like intestines… and then there is a gameshow and pinball bumpers. And later an evil pepper shaker trying to kill you right before you fight the Pizza Boss. See?

This was noticeably worse than I remember it especially compared to the original. Not nearly as many boss battles and they're all worse because most of them died in the first game, the music not as catchy, and my god that puppy trampoline shit was insufferable to do 3 rounds of, that's like 15 minutes of the gameplay.

This takes me bad SO DAMN HARD. I never played part 1 but this game? Hours and hours spent playing. It was such a horrible game. And by horrible, i mean weird, oblong, without premise and absolutely perfect. I would buy a Sega console just to play this game and show my kids a piece of my youth 😢

This game is the definition of random and insanity. Why on earth would there be a chair lift, complete with falling grandmas, in the middle of wherever that is?

The cow ending....I don't who thought of that one but that one is so crazy.

This game is good, but unfortunately, it is inferior to the first game.

This is why Earthworm Jim failed as a franchise despite having 4 games, a cartoon, and many rereleases and remakes, the second game should have been better than the original in every way but wasn't.

I remember playing this as a kid - I'm surprised by how polished it was for it's time. Looks pretty dn tough compared to modern games too - not quite sure how I finished it!

Earthworm Jim 2 is such a good game, up until the puppy levels, from there the game goes downhill with a few levels being worth going for, but who thought it was a good idea to have multiple puppy levels?! They are so life consuming

It’s cool watching someone who’s never played before have a great time with this hidden gem.

When you have the marshmallow you can turn dive with it and turn it left and right. That’s how you can win 100% no puppy deaths. Not sure if your aware of the turn left and right part.

I never got past inflated head, I hated that level so much

A masterpiece game

The second game was probably one of my favorite games back in that era. The mix of weird quirky levels and funky music and goody humor was right up my alley even though my little kid brain could not execute beating for the longest time. The addition of multiple types of guns were great.

Remembered just from hearing the piano tune that I got this game from my mom in a store that doesn't exist anymore she died 3 months ago and it just brought up a whole wave of memories from my childhood it's insane.

in my childhood this game seemed to me creepy..and these cows with "well done"..still creepy.

I find it more beautiful, easier and funnier than the first one. I have it on PC, I don't know which is the best version.

Remember playing this when I was like 7 or something. I could never pass any level lol. Watching this game it actually looks really good to for it’s time

Loved first one, this part although with great animation feels weird. Some lazy level and enemy designs, puppy love level repeats, no memorable bosses. Feels like a forced unnecessary sequel
