Getting rid of marketing staff after they had to try and market Snow White is brutal.

A big problem is that their proprietary streaming model isn't profitable by design. They should've been married to Netflix or Hulu from the beginning. That and they spend way too much on their projects for niche audiences anyway.

Disney can't come up with any ideas for NEW movies. Instead they just inject new ideas into old movies and totally WRECK the product itself.
