Do the earpieces come out to wear a beanie under?

Is it light? Medium weight? Heavy?

I really enjoyed this. Thank you! Hopping on the helmet train this year and have tried the Giro, but hurts my ears. That said, if you wouldn't mind answering a couple questions for me, it would be greatly appreciated. First, do you use Anon goggles as well? Second, does this one hurt your ears? Lastly, are you able to put bluetooth speakers in the earflaps? Much appreciated!
