My case number is so high, I almost have zero chances of being processed or getting an interview but my case number is at NVC does that mean that my case number is being processed even though my case number is not current at the moment according to visa bulletin ?

In the past years, about 15 to 30 percent of people who are At Nvc were not invited to an interview until the end of the financial year. Even those who have a low case number. Can it be said that these are the people who do not send the 260 form? Or is it possible that some people send the 260 form and it is processed, but they are not invited to the interview?

is the passport and a photocopy of the passport

Hi Brit, I am in USA right now and I want to do adjustment status, however my interview location is in Nepal. What would you suggest me go back to Nepal for interview or should I adjust my status.
Note: My wife is in Nepal and we are planning to interview together.

Hey Mr BritSimon. I was born in Saudi Arabia but my nationality is Somalia, both of the countries are eligible to the dv lottery but I mistakenly choose Somalia as my country's eligibility. So are there any other chances that can help me to pass the interview.

@britsimons hello Mr brit I've a enquiry that i attend my interview at 11jan frm us embassy nepal everything goes smoothly but it came to know that the photo was misplaced with my friend as I've filled up from local studio and i & my friend fill the dv2023 together i get selected but my friend didnt due to different image my doc.get in AP mood what's the chances to get the visa ? even i too get know abt this at the same movement this mistake has happen ?? I'm upsets due to this will you clear my doubts!!
