Maybe she should enlist in the United States Air Force Acadamy and the USAF and Enlist as a Navy Pilot in the US Navy. Thank You for your service. If you are 16 in 2020 then you shall enlist in the year 2024 because you will not be like those too young like those under 18(unless you get parental consent at 17) and not too old like those over 42 because federal law does not allow anyone over that age to enlist in any branch.

Letting children fly alone is criminal. At this age they are still too stupid to think for themselves, but others are allowed to endanger them in the air. I only demand a pilot's license for women over the age of 40.
