i cant seem to change my Hz to 120 i know my monitor can go to 144hz i have the adapter to use the display port from my series X to the back of the monitor. only can pick 30 or 60 but the rest you said has helped with my frame drops THANK you man

Max Render resolution - Does not change anything if you have Dynamic Resolution enabled with a higher framrate/refresh rate than the system can handle.
Since you have refresh rate set to 120Hz, and your max framerate standing in town is about 60ish, it will set the resolution the lowest 1920x1080 to try and keep the FPS as close to 120 as possible.
So in this scenario, if you want better graphics then lower the refresh rate to under 60fps for your system then the Dynamic resolution will up the scaling/graphics.

Otherwise turn off Dynamic resolution, refresh rate to 120hz and now you can play around with the best settings.
Set it to no-upscale to see how the game should look.

PS5 pro is in my opinion the only console powerful enough to get a pretty picture at a good refresh rate.
Myself is running a Xbox series S, and its playable but it can be a pretty game aswell

if u guys still having issue with a frame drop, or ur fps can't go more than 45-50, change ur lighting setting to Shadow only, i found it better this way.

I do not agree. Using FSR has a far better looking experience while still keeping performance up high.

A ps5 pro and a capable monitor will solve all of your issues.

Thanks for the tips I will try them because I "attempted" to play on Xbox Series X, the lagging was so bad that it was unplayable.
