I’m sorry but the Pacers aren’t getting the “great” team title. They are a good team on a fortunate run. 5 playoff series wins. 4 of them against teams with significant injuries. Then this most recent one they avoid Celtics because Tatum gets hurt and Porzingis can’t even breathe with an illness. Then Knicks biggest collapse history of playoffs. Missed free throws. Playing fast. Missed calls. They’re good. Not great.

The way they did Brou with the screen message pondering if he were abandoning Naptown at 4pm eastern was the best trolling I've seen this year haha. If the NBA is going to persist with MVPs from each conference I'd rather see them both allocated for the regular season like MLB and then Finals MVP. But I'd ultimately prefer they just reverted to what was already absolutely fine, which was one regular season MVP and one Finals MVP.
