I am an otp kayn since his release and i have never ever touched Conqueror, Spirit visage or Goredrinker.

Atm Dark harvest is too weak after last nerf, so preferably First strike either form. Items: Eclipse OR Dusk blade, there is no 3rd option. Youmuu's acceptable but not as good bec no survivability.

Core items literally are simply as following ofc changes depends on enemies: Duskblade/Eclipse, manamune, black cleaver, Death dance, Hydra or spear of shojin. Last item always depends on enemy if u want more pen u get grudge, if u want anti heal u get anti heal, u want against magic, u get maw, etc... but if u were already ahead, then u put hydra or spear of shojin again, depends on which one u built last. I even made a guide on how to play kayn for anyone interested.

But i truly, TRULY believe those who build goredrinker and spirit visage as well as conqueror on kayn are straightout trolling.

Fun fact, his q does max health damage so he isnt even maximizing his healing because those training bots have 1k hp

if dummys will be more tank kayn can tank base for 5 minutes

1. There aren’t (red kayn mains) there are only kayn mains and the player goes red or blue game depending on enemy team comp
2. Ofc red kayn will heal a lot because these dummies in this video have 0 armor and ren kayn both q slashes and w hitting all will ofc heal a lot because that is what we kayn mains call a dream engage.
