ОтветитьI enter my numbers and when I Change the number of the % that I want to make the suggest price don't change
ОтветитьSomeone edited and saved the file, Cost plus is set to 3.05 No formula
ОтветитьIt is great to stress the importance of including all your cost when figuring pricing. I have been saying that for years.
But some of the math is off in the spread sheet. And how many shirts you may do in a month has nothing to do with the selling price of a job. That would be like Ryonet planning on selling 2000 pints of black ink but only sold 1000 so they raise the price to keep the monthly profit margin. It does not work that way.
In reality you need to price at what the market will bear for your product and service and then back-peddle with the monthly expenses and production rate and adjust or tweak those so you can make the desired profit margin.
awesome video very helpful and informative...Ryan I use Microsoft excel do you think that you may have a version of this exact formula for excel...thank you I really appreciate you helping us newbies out lol

ОтветитьWOW !!! I have another business, and starting a screen printing shop, I wish I would have learned this before. This is a MUST see video, and take advantage of the spreed sheet. Thank you so much RYONET.
Ответитьtelling me to get permission to edit and not sure what tab to copy?
ОтветитьWhen im adding color in thé job criteria cost per shirt still the same. Is that normal ?
Ответитьhow can I download this spreadsheet
ОтветитьAre you not already building art/screen fees into the price by calculating screens, art time, labor, etc.? I don't think I understand that part. Otherwise very cool spreadsheet.
ОтветитьThis is an extremely useful tool and resource. Thank you for this!
ОтветитьI totally disagree with this pricing model. Any business that is constantly changing prices on customers monthly is setting themselves up for failure. You must be consistent with pricing. This model leaves the shop owner constantly changing prices. I have trained thousands to successfully quote jobs in seconds using set formulas that guarantee that the shop owners' prices are consistent and accurate every time.
ОтветитьWhere do I go to download the spreadsheet?
Ответитьi cant find the sheet
