thank you for doing this,I was shocked and saddened as well by the news,not many people knew jobs had been one of the big 3 creators of pixar,its just great you took the time to say it and honor this great and idealistic man,I miss him very much and just..... thanks fella.

so Steve Jobs death's must be hard on Pixar, like when Disney classic animation studio's lost Walt. I hope he rest in peace.

Twas indeed an unexpected event. I didn't know he had pancreatic cancer, when I first heard he died I thought it was very suspicious that he just quit his job as CEO and then passed away. But at least he's not in any pain and he was surrounded by his family. Good on ya Steve, RIP

Oh, I didn't know it was your birthday. I had a family member die on my birthday a year before I was born.

I was about to log into Google when I saw "Steve Jobs - [don't remember his birth year - 2011" on the home page, beneath the search cache. Caught me off guard. I hate Apple, but it's really sad that such a brilliant person passed away. :( @The38DODGE He was the founder of Apple inc.

I knew Lucas started pixar, just didn't know till now he was in that much of money trouble. So another reason to be glad that Steve Jobs created PIXAR, not just for the great studio it is, but also i love George Lucas films. Bye Steve.

It was my birthday as well, and when I came home from a birthday dinner with my friends, I see all over my Facebook feed that Steve Jobs sadly past away. At that point, I only knew him as the Apple promoter/creator before I realized he started Pixar, which I am a big fan of. It was a truly sad day.

That's good Howard The Duck was unsuccessful because I've heard it's really awful! But true it's sad Steve Jobs died 3 years ago.

We almost have the same birthday, mine is October 6th.
