downloaded the program, thank you!!! this is the kind of stuff I need! Pregnant with my 3rd and definitely missed the back/arm strength the first 2 times around...which is major for the posture and carrying huge boobs and belly. I skip the crazy challenge days after I couldn't walk for 3 days after the jump squat challenge :)

Hi Ashley! Have been coloring your calendar since week 9 or 10! Loving it!
Just a few days ago I got hip pain to the point it’s painful to walk. I’m only 23 weeks and want to continue moving.
Would you recommend to still keep at it or just switch exclusively to yoga and lighter work outs?

Pregnant with baby #6 and love your workouts. Wish I had these from the start when I was young and in shape and really needing a good hard workout. Still loving them now too!

So glad to have Glow Body PT as a great example of what healthy workouts are for pregnancy! On my 4th pregnancy and feeling so much better than my first when I was in my early 20s...when I didn't work out regularly!

The burn is good practice for breathing through the pain which makes me feel like I’m better prepared for contractions 😅😂

Whew! Second pregnancy using this program. I finished Firm30 in my first trimester and thought that I might have to double up on some of these prenatal workouts because of the gains I made with Firm30. Not so! I am using heavier weights or not dropping down in weight as much as my first time through the prenatal program but these are all still killer workouts!!
