Pregnant with my 3rd and definitely missed the back/arm strength the first 2 times around...which is major for the posture and carrying huge boobs and belly. I skip the crazy challenge days after I couldn't walk for 3 days after the jump squat challenge :)

Just a few days ago I got hip pain to the point it’s painful to walk. I’m only 23 weeks and want to continue moving.
Would you recommend to still keep at it or just switch exclusively to yoga and lighter work outs?

ОтветитьThe burn is good practice for breathing through the pain which makes me feel like I’m better prepared for contractions 😅😂
ОтветитьWhew! Second pregnancy using this program. I finished Firm30 in my first trimester and thought that I might have to double up on some of these prenatal workouts because of the gains I made with Firm30. Not so! I am using heavier weights or not dropping down in weight as much as my first time through the prenatal program but these are all still killer workouts!!
