It's ok... they run twice on each hand, so it's like a 100k USD double or nothing each time for each of the players. If you go to Macau, even today when it's not as crazy as it used to be, it's not difficult to find guys putting a few '00 k HKD (similar amount to 100k USD) per hand on Baccarat just by walking through the main gaming hall in a big casino.
