This reminds me of a recent match I had against a traptrix player because I was playing superheavy samurai most of my monsters didn’t have the ATK points to trigger bottomless trap hole and the one monster I hand face up on the field was equipped with two monsters that granted defence points making it have defence points that equalled their strongest monster’s ATK points. I just didn’t do anything after I managed that because doing anything would trigger their trap cards and monster effects and they ended up quitting because I wouldn’t engage with their “you lose” machine

That was 1 turn cycle for anyone paying attention. YuGiOh in all formats has really become the worst TCG in existence. 😬

About infinite loops, MTG has a rule about this. If you can't stop and infinite, and you're the one owning the loop, you loose

When i get an opponent like that, i usually just watch yt or tiktok till they r done, it's an easy win

This duel was just that scene from Indiana Jones where the guy does all the crazy sword stunts only to get shot once and fall over without ever actually having approached the hero XD

The slow play report is not for people that play slow, because their is a timer for that anyway, the slow play report is for people that does a manuel loop over and over again that result in no win, and no lose, and no tie game, the only purpose for that is to make the opponent lose time, and force a surrender from the opponent which it is cheating, it is called boosting win.

@Just a Cat with a Moustache: you could report him for slow play, because that is what he was doing a manuel loop 100X that result on only wasting time, instead of creating a manuel loop that cause the opponent to lose by out decking, or burn damage on, also Don't know if they unbanned the card you mention in master duel, but if they did not and it is not an old replay that you forgot about, that mean your opponent used a cheating device, but you can only report him for one thing, slow play, or cheating device not both, unless you play against him twice.

If it actually created a large chain, you could get some serious burn damage done.
