As someone who has to jump between backend and frontend quite a lot, I would really vote up Rider.

It's lighter then visual studio but for me just as powerful. It's not as light as vscode but I feel the trade is well worth it for the smart choices of out of the box integration that takes a lot of fiddling in vscode
