when I got pregnant with my daughter - I had the same stabbing pain in my right ovary for a week, and I went to the doctor to do the ultrasound cause I thought something was wrong. A woman's eggs take 3-4 months to develop. That's why it's important not to lose hope when you've tried something new only for one month and it doesn't work. It's actually more likely that whatever you were doing 3-4 months prior to conceiving was what helped you conceive. Doing something for a month does not usually make you get pregnant. But the oil could have helped sustain the pregnancy.

I felt the same sensation in my left ovary when my baby implanted. Painful and definitely noticeable

I found it easier to do the morning temp method and recording it and making a chart. After a few months I could see when I was ovulating and then the rest of my life I knew. So u know when to try without stressing over it every month with test strips etc.
The ovary pain would likely of been ovulating so if u know what day that is in your cycle u can presume it's similar each month.
