The fact that makes it scary is it makes you wonder whats really out there whats beyond this small world we live in it opens up your curiosity but you will never get to see it humans cant even make it past the moon without countless tries so we may never get to see what lurks in the dark cold abyss of outer space.

It amazes me how many of these short stories ,here on YT, are far more better than Hollywood's attempts. For the last 10 or so years, Hollywood had been doing " JUMP SCARE " films, which i found very enjoyable, BACK THEN, but after awhile it became to predictable and common place. We need more Horror like THE VOID and THE MIST. There's a few others that are escaping me st the moment.

kind of an old testiment idea of a god, or you could say divinity ingeneral, its a power far to vast and brillaint for us finite mortal frail creatures to be exposed to... like trying to meet the sun in person... our bodies and our minds arint built to handle the shear scale and energy of such a celestial object, or in this case creature, we were meant to live on tiny motes of dust, floating helplessly in solar winds.

If you ask me cosmic horror is the most brutal and horrific unlike slasher and demons or aliens that can be somehow defeated or comprehend cosmic horror is undefeatable

Everything, Everything from the isolation in the woods, to the shallow depth of the back ground showing the isolation in her mind. To the tight camera shots letting us know just how intense this is going to be. To the cold color grading making us feel the chill in the film. To the embodiment of a disrespected God taking vengeful action to those who deny him in time of crisis to the protagonist not being able to free herself from her own eyes. To the delicious B-rolls this film was 6 minutes of captivity I didn't want to get away from.

She is an amazing actress I recently watched “Tabatha” it was excellent and this is bravo

Wonderfully done. I think my only issue is it killing her in the end. Maybe its the humanity in me but I think insanity is far scarier then death. Also seeing a human like eye in the nebula was pushing it for me. Cosmic horror is scary because it’s unrecognizable and I understand that it’s incredibly hard to make a creature like that within the constraints of our own imagination. But maybe just haven’t left it as the light in the nebula would have been better.

The last part is pure cosmic horror at its finest. Exceptional visual and sound design.

Amazing and outstanding performance of the Actress! she really portrayed the feeling of watching the abyss

I found this short to be generally pretty good right up until the end. The jump scare in the final shot was kinda unnecessary. Had it shown the woman's face as it did, you know all of her sanity seemingly siphoned from her, she then could slowly fall to her knees then all the way to ground. The camera could have then zoomed slowly out showing here lying there helpless and completely out of her mind.

you know what's funny, Yahweh, the God of the Bible, literally did this multiple times. (minus the dying part.) He revealed himself to Job, Jacob, Paul, Ezekiel, even Moses to some extent. And honestly, it makes sense. Why would an unknowable being that created the universe be comprehensible to a mere human?

It's a nice take the eternal problem of people misunderstanding prayer......people always pray for things that will make them "happy" or make their lives more secure or comfortable.......but God does NOT care about any of those things!!! God DOES NOT care if you are "happy".....He cares if you are "HOLY"!!!! And those two things are usually vastly different.

This is the problem. If you're praying to a higher power, you're not capable of knowing what it is or if it lies to you.
