‼️‼️ I don’t know if you check for questions but I will still ask. Seth was supposed to get custody of Sebastian as soon as school was out. But, to me there’s a HUGE CONCERN. When Sebastian is at Seth’s apartment, he is left alone inside for 10-12 hours while Seth is at at work. Meaning Sebastian would have to fix his own meals and manage to stay busy supposedly with nothing but an XBox, a phone with NO Wi-Fi, and no personal contact with anyone! No way to even call 911 in the event of an emergency, we’ll, his phone I suppose will dial an emergency number, if he has been taught how to do that. And this is on EVERY work day! I feel that is a form of abuse since Sebastian is high risk because if he hits his head he could die? Not even expounding on mental stresses since he COULD NOT HAVE any, person to talk to for 70 hours a week. Let me know your thoughts.

Gary says the history is importantly he needs to know about his Ex Nina Gomez and how CP abused her kids. Also cps was involved and he went missing right before CP ‘s court case.

I highly believe parents should be interviewed and investigated separately,and a warrant should immediately be issued to search their homes and surroundings and car's,when a parent or family member calls in about a missing child or person,they shouldn't be given time to hide or clean up or leave the country or state,and it should be law that they have to stay put and not leave the home. Law's need to change get more firm and harsh. My opinion.

So there you go his disappearance happened because time was near for him to go live with dad,his probably hiding with someone,somewhere because financial gain did not want to be lost.

It's very possible that he's angry because that PI making that statement openly on a podcast or whatever it was, could have implied she has found something major on the mother or that the mother is involved in his disappearance somehow without proof of that and as a result they could be receiving all kinds death threats and backlash without proof whatsoever. I think I'd be pretty ticked off as well. These armchair sleuths aren't nice by any means. They attack. Of course they probably wouldn't do it face to face, but online or even over the phone they can get pretty nasty.

This case is very similar to the Summer Wells Case, Don & Candus Wells.
Chris ; Katie did it. The motive was the CPS Cases against them,Chris mainly, but both were guilty of physical, mental, emotional abuse and torture.
That, plus the March 5th Court case that was coming up with his ex-wife, Nina Gomez.
Nina had allowed their daughter, Faith to spend Christmas 2022 at Chris & Katie's.
Something bad happened and as soon as Nina got Faith back, she filed an Emergency Restraint Order against Chris Proudfoot to keep him from seeing or talking to Faith!
And the last time CPS paid Chris a visit was early February 2023, and Chris was ordered to leave, to not be there in the home with Sebastian.
There is the Motive. Chris was about to be arrested for Child Abuse, maybe even SA abuse.
And the Court trial with Nina.
Chris knew he f-ed up, and decided Sebastian had to be eliminated to shut him up.
