At my local Dollar Tree they have regular, vanilla, banana & blueberry flavors. They are all the mini ones. I have tried them, they are all pretty good, but I have always liked Moon Pies.

I don’t think I would think the birthday flavor was too much. I want a strong flavor. I’m not a Moon Pie gal, but the Birthday and Pineapple actually sound good. Thanks for a great review.

I have always thought moon pies left a greasy layer on the roof of my mouth which is why I never liked them. Not a fan of the texture either. Thanks for the review.

I'm with Kevin with birthday cake flavored things. I love sprinkles, but no thanks to that over-the-top artificial cake flavor.

Being from the UK...we have Wagon Wheels that are superior to Moon Pies..I find Moon Pies leave a slimy mouth feel...A wonderful review

My Publix had the key lime pie flavor by May 1st. And they shouldn’t act like you’re crazy when you ask for something, they should try and order what their customers want! That’s what customer service is all about.

That vanilla one is soooo good.

I've never liked Moon Pies, they always taste like a stale marshmallow-y cookie and it's not for me, I also think the coating is "greasy". Yuck lol. Enjoyed your review though!

Crazy enough, I’d never even had a moon pie till you reviewed one once and I realized I lived under a rock and needed to change that! Haha. It’s so frustrating when you fill out those forms to request items at the store and they go seemingly nowhere… haha. Fun review! Thank you!! Given my lack of moon pie culture, I’d happily try any of these!

you cant eat moon pies without microwaving for 12 seconds. the proper way to eat them.

Aside from the pineapple and coconut flavors, there is also a guava flavor (pink color moonpie) from the 'Mello' brand. In Puerto Rico, there is a third brand name 'Fiesta' that also makes all those tropical moonpie flavors. You are soooo lucky to find the pineapple flavor, since here in California there no local stores that even carry the 'Mello' brand especially finding them so dirt cheap in price too! The only way to get the pineapple and coconut flavors is the pricey imports on Ebay 😢
