Good video looks like a great barbecue. I’m here because I’m looking at one on sale obviously because I need a new one only downside is there’s nothing you don’t like about it plus they sponsor your video. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

The problem is it’s nice for a short period of time, there grills are made with really cheap materials. It rusts fast, the warranty is horrible, and you’ll waste your money!

I ordered a grill from them, which arrived before Memorial Day. Unfortunately, it looked like it had been dropped, and sure enough, the sheet metal was badly bent. Not Monument's problem on the face of it, but they were good enough to tell me they would replace the part for me. That's where the issues really began...
I was informed that the replacement part was shipping on June 7th. But 2 weeks later it still has not shipped. They are not responding to my emails. Nobody answers the customer service number or replies to the numerous voicemail messages, so I have no idea when (if) I will get the replacement.
Although I was told I would be getting the complete to part of the grill replaced, the shipping details gave a weight of 0.4lbs, so if I ever receive the part I suspect I will have hours of scavenging parts from the damaged assembly and building up the new one. Oh joy!

The sear marks on this steak were crap. No offense. Was it because you didn't let the grates heat long enough? Or does it just not get hot enough? Asking because I'm looking into one.

LIT knobs…not “lighted”

for some reason it looks like my nexgrill ,i can't say enough bad things about nexgrill , i am not reviewing it just comparing it to this , it looks almost identical ,first of all is it solid stainless high grade or coated ,second what's the warranty ,i have noticed a lot of openings in the back lets the wind blow through and drop the temputure , i dont know if thats a problem with yours , also side surface gets really hot like its leaking heat toward the sides ,, i would need more info before buying for sure ..
