Cant get any Early Times Bottled in Bond here in Waco, TX. Well stores get a few bottles but gone the day they arrive.

I can't find Early Times BB. Anyone else have that problem?

Mouth noises were so bad in many of these episodes. Really guys, get a different mic set up. no need to have all the terrible lip smacking in these videos. Use a room microphone with better gating so you cut out body noises. It's really unbearable at times

i just bought a bottle of old grand dad bottle bonded for the first time wow its I think amazing for the price point. I plan on buying old Fitzgerald bonded. thank for the video.

This episode was super weird to watch because why was early times eliminated and brought back so obviously it’s what you into that day because I think you had to much on the table and it allowed weird results

I know this is an older video but I’m glad I found this channel. I love how you and your son hangout and taste whisky together. My sons first ever drink of alcohol was with me and was scotch we have been trying bourbon lately.

The young sweet tooth doesn't like the complexity of the OGD bib rye back end. Just like the Bourbon Junkies. Young fellas don't like ogd. It's a fantastic whiskey

So Early Times was knocked out in its original stack, then comes back to win the entire thing in the end. Wow. Great show.

Just because saz bought the distribution rights to early times in 2021 does not mean that the whiskey inside the bottles are any different today. Saz is not a producer. The producer in charge of making new early times is Barton. But the barrels are just now being filled so we won't get Barton early times until almost 4 years from now let alone the fact that there are still going to be brown Forman reserve barrels until they completely run out. The only change is where it is being bottled. Which yes that can change the taste slightly but not noticeably.

So EH Taylor originally beat EarlyTimes, then Early Times beat EH Taylor. Seems there should be a blind runoff.

I seen a Even Williams Bottled and Bond was sampled not long ago and seemed like it finished second. What was your overall impression? Would like to hear from others as well.

For the price Old grand dad is heads above any of the others. Most of us can’t afford a $$100+ bottles of bourbon.

I did not know Trenton was not in front of the camera until viewing the video today. But I can tell from statistics that Trenton being in the video is what really blew the channel up. You guys are great.

So my two cents on blinds are that the nose really is king. Your taste buds have no expectations about what you are about to taste other than the nose.

With that being said, I'm not surprised ET won. The nose is fantastic and rivals some absolute awesome bourbons - the toffee caramel is amazing.

But in my opinion, EH Taylor small batch is the better bourbon. I love ET but I don't think the taste completely lives up to the nose. Blinds are not easy and I totally respect what yall do. Trenton almost went with the EH Taylor, I think my palate is close to his. Great video guys.

Unable to find Old Fitzgerald or Early Times locally, I picked up Old Grand-dad BiB. And I didn't like it. I loved it!!! Thanks guys.

Since Old Fitzgerald is super expensive, it's like comparing a new Lexus to a really good used toyota corolla. This was a lot of fun. As someone who will never spend $50 on a 750ml bottle of bourbon it is great to know there are lots of good affordable choices.

Sazerac vs Brown-Forman for Early times is a non-issue. it has not been 4 years yet, so the Saz is still really BF, because they bought all of the barrels-in-progress. Do a side by side in about 4 years, then you can see if it has changed.

what about george dickel 13 year bottle in bond?

for all those concerned about the early times..Early times barrels aren’t old enough for sazerac juice(if they change it) to be bottled yet.. should still be brown foreman juice
