I am a female of advanced years. I have been buying men's jeans for over 30 years. I need a 33" inseam and settle for 32". But now I guess I will have to fight the crowd to get my jeans!
ОтветитьMy daughter prefers men’s jeans because of pockets. Women’s clothes have shallow pockets. Useless pockets.
ОтветитьI use to buy mens’ dress pants in my day (45 yrs ago) for work! They were nicer & held up longer! 🇨🇦
ОтветитьBeen wearing men’s clothes for years. I’m tall with an athletic build. Women’s clothes just don’t fit me, unfortunately.
ОтветитьI have always bought my jeans in the men's department. Cheaper and fit more comfortable.
ОтветитьBigger pockets, longer lasting, better price!
ОтветитьIt's very important to have a good pair of scissors for cutting clothes, I cannot believe how big of a difference this makes
ОтветитьI went and picked up a pair f men’s jeans today from Walmart for $16! So glad you shared this gonna get more - I was already buying men’s hoodies and shirts but had not tried the jeans!!
ОтветитьTHIS IS NOT UPCYCLING! If she were destroying used clothes, then yes. "Upcycling, also known as creative reuse, is the process of transforming by-products, waste materials, useless, or unwanted products into new materials or products perceived to be of greater quality, such as artistic value or environmental value." Bummer to see so many views mis-learning the 'fast fashion'/destroy the environment version instead of seeing the real beauty of up cycling.
ОтветитьAs a young girl /teen , and being quite small but leggy - think 5'7", 100ish lbs, with a minimum 34in inseam - I bought my jeans in the boys/student section. We're talking since late 70s, early 80s. Usually better fit, stronger zippers and seam. And pockets! I'm 57 now and the bulk of my jeans are still men's jeans.
ОтветитьBeen shopping men's clothes for years - and not just jeans. Shirts, t-shirts, sweats, coats, winter gloves, even work boots, too - if you find a size and color you like (and you probably will), go for it! Men's clothes are made better, last longer, so often fit better, and indeed are less expensive. It's a very well kept secret.
ОтветитьThose are actually pretty cute. I've seen people diy tshirts before n most look ratty n messed up but these are actually really nice.
ОтветитьSo, back in the 1970’s, if a woman wanted Levi’s, she had no choice but to buy the men’s jeans. There were some other brands for women but not a lot to choose from and none of them, men’s or women’s, had any stretch.
ОтветитьYou butchered those jeans.
ОтветитьGo to the thrift stores for the clothes…support them instead of buying clothes to cut up…work smarter
Ответить🥴 Nope 🥴
ОтветитьI've been doing this since I was a teen! Walmart mens section offers large as an actual large...need I say more!?
It's definitely better quality and sizing. Cotton, not polyester mixed crap.
Definitely a plus to men’s jeans is the pocket size!!! 😊
