At -209, 251 there are 9 coal spawns and 1 ore spawn only downside is that it’s in the snow area but other than that it’s perfect

I just found a crazy place with 8 coal spawns at 290,245 while flying to this location.
Bonus skill fruit tree like 50 meters to the west from here.

Edit: it's on a huge plateau, so it can't be raided either, + also a nice amount of wood here too.

What do digtoise eat? i put berries but they don't seem to want to eat and starves themselves back to the box

I built here and they're all mining but idk why they are starving and taking dmg? I've got heaps of baked berries so why do they not feed themselves?

I'm using 439, 519 for coal but may switch to -605, -725 not sure I like to have bases that are hard/impossible for raiders to get to so will probably stay with the former.

i found a really good base location 6 coal & 7 iron nodes 186, -40

For carrying the or, use Helzephyr. It's a night-time bird not too far from the starting area (around level 15 or 20 iirc). They do NOTHING but carrying and they have level 3 transportation, and they also move fast and fly. Top choice I've found so far, and available pretty early.

You can grapple off of the Pal by aiming down sights, that way you escape the loop.

For me the pals wont Mine Natural resources as long as im not in the base, is there any setting i missed? I play singleplayer.

why digtoise? use astegon or fire monkey only, nothing is rare they all have set spawns.

Hangyu and Killamari are excellent transporters! They are Lv2 Transporting. Hangyu are same spot as the Digtoise and Killamari are in all the low level dungeons.
