ОтветитьBeen doing this workout consistently for 3 months now, i can REALLY see a difference. it definitely hurt during the first few weeks but you get used to it. now the workout doesnt hurt anymore but it definitely made me sweat. my arms, legs, and abdominal muscles are formed. i did this without a diet change and im on my best shape with my body weight being one of the heaviest. my friends all say i look healthier and more toned. Will definitely continue to use this video again in my future.
ОтветитьEveryone is saying very nice things but please, learn to pace yourself when you count. You will start at 10, talk, and then pick up where you left off with having done 5 reps in the meantime. It is frustrating for those of us keeping count and have to go back
ОтветитьFar the calmest, really working pilates workout which i have enjoyed. Best thing about this you will not really remember the pain you went through in the middle becoz your body will be releasing so much negative energy at thr end that it make you feel relax! ❤
