Great video well done
ОтветитьDude’s fkn hot.
ОтветитьVery enjoyable adventure. Almost a disappointment something didn’t go wrong along the way so we would see you fix it in the calm, trusty Waldo way.😊
ОтветитьWho went along to share the driving and the adventure?
ОтветитьMate thees Discovery 3-4s do not get stuck in sand or mud snow unless you're a useless off road driver, I've taken mine places where my old BJ60 LAND CRUISER with LSD Diffs front and back got stuck for a moment and the Land Rover Discovery never even slipped and always got me back home 😊
ОтветитьLook im sick of Pepole saying LR3s are unreliable iv owned Toyota Land Cruisers 4 of witch and now I have a LR3 4LTV6 Petrol ⛽ I've owned the Discovery for 8 years now and no Problems as a Mechanic thay are great cheap OEM PARTS ie front wheel Bearing hub is only $90 US DOLLARS For a TIMKEN HA500601 Awesome. Toyota parts are over priced. Ps the Discovery goes more places than a Toyota Land Cruiser I would never go back to a Toyota ever . Land Rovers for Life 😊
ОтветитьGood Job you are the man, but you should pour the rest of the garage with concrete you could try the dry pour to be easier, When i was 20 i traveled to every state in the us and all of canada and alaska ford courier with cab height camper shell slept at holiday in parking lots.
ОтветитьI don't own a Land Rover, never intend to buy one and I'm not a mechanic.....however, I watched the entire series and loved every minute of it. Thanks so much, great channel!
ОтветитьEver thought of buying a used RV to do a trip like this?
ОтветитьYes, I liked the video and please do more. Your country is vast and stunningly beautiful (and so is your dog, Aspen). Greetings from the UK.
ОтветитьYes to road trips, there always enjoyable.
ОтветитьWhar a great video!!! I enjoyed it a lot!
ОтветитьNice trip and good car, very cool challenge solo experience with lovely dog. You can update new car again, I like your videos sharing
ОтветитьThat was phenomenal! What beauty... great editing... and good humurous takes.... Glad the rover made it...
ОтветитьYou have probably the most beautiful and abundant country in the world, even my country, which is the 10th largest in the world with a variety of scenery and mild to hot climate, pale in comparison.
Ответитьthank you for showing me the US like never before! love from SG!
ОтветитьLove the road trios! Great to the Landy really stretching its legs.
ОтветитьLike your videos. And yes, you are crazy taking that SUV an a road trip.
You say cupcake🧁 I say wheelchair♿︎
Been in a chair for 30+ years. Walls are spossed to stay upright, not fall on people😼
I started watching your channel with the Range Rover you were fixing. What happened to it? I sold my 2010 L322 a year ago and bought a more reliable LR3. just found this video and watched it cause I just took my LR3 to Chicago and back. I didn’t have a single issue although I did bring spare alternator, starter, hoses and coolant reservoir. I changed the belts, pulleys and water pump right before we left. Comfortable, spacious, reliable and was perfect for highway and dirt roads in the national parks.
Ответить“I like you have an adventure” so let’s run outta gas..
Ya know you can have excitement in your voice and not sound so monotone all the time. Dude you never sound excited or have fluctuation in your voice. You sound bored
its wierd when you keep saying we and theres no one there is someone camera shy ?
ОтветитьEnjoyed the video, especially the the crack about Lizard Cheney.
ОтветитьIs Mike your boyfriend? I’m confused.
Ответить👍👍nice trip!
ОтветитьI love this guy!! Funny and a true mechanical warrior!
ОтветитьI enjoy your cool and down to earth story telling combined with valuable information. I own a LR4 myself and I am happy with it. Just out of curiosity: What is the Diagnostic adapter and smartphone app which is shown in the video for reading error codes?
Thanks a lot
I have a Land Rover Discovery 3 2005. My first wish is to travel from my hometown of Cork, Ireland to the Norwegian fjords. My second wish is to ship it to the east coast of the United States and travel from sea to shiny sea. However I have the same concern that you have......
ОтветитьBravo in documenting this road trip. Nicely done and I hope to see more of these road trips. Thanks for uploading this video!
ОтветитьHey Waldo, I’m looking for a vehicle like that please reply back 🙌🏽
ОтветитьHi Waldo, from the UK, I find this kind of video great, not just from the technical Range Rover side of things but also from a touristic point of view, we have a friend who lives in Clorado and this has made us more determined than ever to get out there to spend some time with her.
ОтветитьIn USA fuel is still cheaper than INDIA here we get diesel in that rate and petrol around 12 Indian rupees more than diesel be happy u got so cheap fuel
Ответитьchoke-o taco
ОтветитьAnd she films?
ОтветитьWas Aspen driving when you were narrating after leaving Albuquerque?
ОтветитьLove the older LR 3’s. Yours looks in good shape for its age.
ОтветитьReal question is does the less than 10 over = not getting stopped still apply when the speed limit is 80. It works that way at 70 still so hopefully so.
ОтветитьWaldo you went through my home town on your way across the Mackinac Bridge !
Ответить"I could get a Toyota and I'd be more likely to reach my destination". Plus 1 for that comment. I drove a 2000 Toyota Sienna mini-van across the country round trip over 6,000 miles San Francisco to Boston 7 times for a total of 42,000 miles when the car was between 19 and 23 years old and with over 250,000 miles on the odometer. Not a single problem. Bonus points were the car got between 27 and 29 MPG on all the trips.
ОтветитьGreat video. Great road trip
Ответитьloved it totally
Ответитьcan i just say i love my friends from over that water but ffs id drive that road in my old vauxhall corsa b lol
ОтветитьHey Waldo, by adding the Albuquerque wild flowers and mountains video, you just made this video so much more loving & exciting. I loved it man.
ОтветитьI watched several of your videos n find out that u don’t use oscilloscope, it’s an excellent device for determining time chains extensions, cylinders pressure , misfires, n all that oscilloscope helps to determine without disassembling, good luck
ОтветитьThat was a good video.
